Other than that, I'm not really sure what you're trying to say with that initial paragraph.

@@Vaxsysl Yeah but as a kid it made the difficulty level far too hard for 8-11 year Olds. @@SeviathTheHumanDrago You say to difficult for AC3... Dunno, depends on the person I guess. I was 10 when I got PS1 and I got Armored Core: Master of Arena the next year, mech combat seemed fun. It became one of my favorite games and I got to 100% the same year, without no-Overweight or HumanPlus enhancements from the original as I did now it existed or that it was a thing (you can imagine how I wracked my brains trying to find a way how to unlock it). And I consinder that game to be way harder than AC3 is as aim is not as accurate and getting to the last arena required you to have 0 losses in Arenas, which I did end up doing. Never giving up and practice makes perfect. Back to AC3, I was 13 when we purchased PS2 and I sought out Armored Core 2 and 3 immediately. The happiness I felt when I finally unlocked the enhancements via op-intensify, I still remember the yelling and playing through the game two more times just to make sure to unlock everything. My point is, that vagueness in games contributed to having more open mind about how things work and how to get things done more than the schools ever did. I always liked how games made me think and how secrets were well hidden behind vague clues and good "logical" guessing.
Another way to beat Fanfare is to run him out of ammo. You can even kill Huntress with the blade, napalm rockets, bomb dispensers, rockets, or cannons before all the MTs get destroyed.
I’m really sad I wasn’t, and am still unable to play the old armored cores. Mainly cus I don’t have a pc to use an emulator on, and I never had these games. Thanks for uploading this
@@lostvayne9146 No matter what kinda ac game it will be we are very much looking forward to it! though personally I feel they will be doing a mesh between 4 and 5s mechanics
Saw a pro pilot when I saw that the first upgrade to the AC was booster and generator. Howitzer was no shocker either; non Moonlight blades are kinda too weak unless you strike in the air. Weapon of choice was almost signature for many of us. And you showed understanding the game in the way you strafe-move. But then you surprised me with core choice, and looking on it does make a lot of sense; I was just never too much into offensive cores. Nice footage :)
My sincere hope is that AC6 uses this game/silemt line as a basis for mechanics. These two had the best movement and weapon combination. Granted it invalidated most heavyweight builds due to their inability to keep mobile AC on screen. So buffing their turn rate for sure. But good god watching you run through this game was perfect! That clean movement and aim with consistency brought me back to the many hours playing my brother. An absolute joy to watch!
I fought every AC in the arena, except for Valkyrie. I had to take her to the parking garage, literally could not beat her in the open. I felt a little validated seeing you struggle with her as well!
I know youve been playing for awhile lol first thing you do is upgrade the generator and boosters, nice. i started over on ps2, this time i am going to play the entire game with the mech setup you start out with,, only thing i can change are the weapons and components etc but not the head, core, arms and legs
what are your favorite parts to use? first playthru and i find myself sticking to a machine gun and sword or howizer with a "stable" humanoid build with those optional parts that make you turn faster and lock on wider. back parts overweigh me and i only ever really use the extensions that work as radiators or generators. i find it to be a very reliable build if a bit boring

With AC6 announced, I may do this run with the other games as well. It wouldn't be on this channel though but on my personal one.

time to read the manual and ace the arena
