Today making oats poha break fast recipe
Weight loss healthy recipe
Ingridents
Oats poha recipe :
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 10 to 12
Cook it for few seconds
Green chilli - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1/4 cup
Fry it for 2 mins
Carrot - 1/4 cup
Capsicum- 1/4 cup
Fry it for 2-3 mins
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Oats - 1/2 cup
Add more oats if you like
Sprinkle water all over
Cook it for 3-4 mins on low flame
Add lemon juice
Turn off the flame
Add coriander leaves
Serve hot
