Be sure to get a water sensor/alarm. And maybe even put in a ceiling vent/emergency exit. I would hate to be sleeping in the middle of a lake and have it go down without either of those. I would love to have a boat house like this. You did a great job on the inside. Enjoy!!

You should extend the muffler on your generator to the tail end of the boat or even up to the roof so the fumes don't get sucked into the ac when it's running.
That style of AC doesn’t draw air in from outside.

I love my houseboat. I have pretty much the same as you without the bathroom. I have it on a private dock at the marina. hauling that thing around is going to be hard on it. windows rattle and get loose have to replace one every third or fourth time I trailer it. way less hassle to keep it at the marina. and it's great to just pull up to the dock and be gone in five minutes...

Get artist to paint 3D mural floor of the spring River you dive in. So it looks like the floor is transparent. You need to load the tiny boat with your light bars and electronics for bow hunts, fishing. If the roof is structurally I’d use the roof for lounging with your gravity chairs maybe your construction guys could figure out heat shield for portable fire pit. Paint trailer and rims and paint pontoons down the road upgrade hp motor , the nautical guy can move the wheel house forward to front of the boat , help with captain’s visibility?

I want to see a 3 day 2 night weekend video with the coast guard boat and the sub tied up to the house boat.
When we were on a big house boat we towed a ski boat and two jet skis.
Do you have it rigged up so you can tow any of your other smaller watercraft ?
Ours came in very handy if we had to run to the store for something, or just to go exploring without having to move the houseboat around.

You need to get one of those electric bug zappers to put on your front porch or back porch of the boat.
That used to be great entertainment at the riverland motel.
Everyone set their beach chairs in a circle around the bug zapper watch the bugs come in for their once-in-a-lifetime shock treatments.
The only thing that concerns me is the location of the generator and the air conditioner both really close to each other. I actually know for people that died on a houseboat from carbon monoxide poisoning. I don’t know if there’s a way to reroute the exhaust from the generator to maybe the front of the boat and up but you’re gonna need to do something about that immediately.
Use solar and buy the new cooler a/c lol fixed.

The transport truck and the house boat next to each other would look awesome.
Move the tv ac makes condensation moisture, put blinds in all around, buy nice mattresses and it will be perfect
If you're sleeping on the top bunk be careful at night that you don't roll over into the little hooks that hold the googan squad merch.

Don't forget about weight, you don't want to overload it. I have seen houseboats that have added 3rd and 4th pontoons to the underdeck center to help, they don't trailer them tho.

My parents took us boys as kids down the Suwannee River in a house boat. You need to do a video of the trip as far as you can. It's a pretty cool river, you guys wld like it. Springs all the way down.

You may want to put shades in the windows to block light and for privacy when sleeping and put screens on the windows so you could open them if wanted. You can but screens to put on the doors and the have magnets on them so they snap shut. Well help keep the bugs out. A bug zapper outside would be a good idea. You may want to move the air conditioner away from the motor and generator.

Boats looking good Brandon. One suggestion, Build a stand for your fridge/freezer. Not only will that make it easier for you to get into it, but will also give you a little bit more storage room.

Mount your CO alarms within 1 foot of the floor, (carbon monoxide settles at the floor and rises) one at each end of the houseboat. Mount a smoke detector on the ceiling, at the center of the boat. New model smoke alarms have a 10-year battery. Mount your fire extinguishers at each door, bow and stern so these are immediately accessible if needed. You had a third fire extinguisher I noticed in the video. Mount that extra near the outboard on the exterior deck. Make sure you have a first aid kit on board, PFD's including a throw ring and bow and stern anchors. Safety first and you'll be prepared in case of an emergency. Enjoy this great boat!!

Congratulations if there's anyone out there that deserves to have such a neat houseboat it's you. I have watched the channel for many years now and I know that if anything bad would happen to your community and they would need help you would be the first one out there on the houseboat making food giving it out helping people you have always been quite an inspiration. I know you said you have other things to do on the boat but my one concern for you is if you are going to use a fryer and fry fish there and you just spent all that money on that bedding you're going to need some kind of ventilation system if not everything in there is going to smell like fryer oil. Another option you would have if you would be stable enough is to take that fryer outside and use it on your filet station which looks like it would be sturdy enough for that. I can't wait to see the content that you're able to make from now having this great new toy. You have always been and will always be one of the first channels I'll check the videos out from. You're one I've always had the notifications on for. Another quick thought I don't know how stable the roof is but boys think you could put a slightly down from their make it have a little sitting up there to hang out at night and have some beverages but if not it is really awesome I'm so happy for you take care and God bless.

Get a good job, save up buy a boat. I don't make TH-cam money but my family and I get out and have so many adventures on our $21k boat. By bar the best thing I have ever purchased.
Looks greatt! My only concern is the pegs holding the Googan Baits. Seems quite dangerous and a real possibility to catch one of those in the eye, the back, or someplace else. I would definitely want to be on one of the bottom beds in the "Brandon's Bro Boat." ENJOY!

Dude you need to get a rod rack for the ceiling. Need to knock legs off fellet table and put it on a hinge so you can fold it down when not in use. Then we get in to the underwater lights to attact the fish at night.
You can vent the generator out the top or bottom(out top is suggested make sure to put vent cap on kinda like a chimney)
That thing is sweet. You should put a collapsible railing on the roof then make it a deck. Also you should put a Mercury 50hp Jet outboard on instead of that jenky motor.

I know you spent a lot on that bedding, including to avoid water damage to the expensive blankets. But if you want to avoid mildew and mold ruining all that stuff, you're going to want to put an under mattress ventilation system under your mattresses like they do on RVs. I've heard a lot of good things about the Froli System.
A dehumidifier might be a good idea too, to run when you're not using it.

You should install some carbon monoxide sensors and moisture sensors on it. That way if anything gas is leaking, exhaust is getting into the cabin, or the ship is slowly sinking while you sleep, you know well ahead of time.

A wheel and throttle outside on the bow, and a second system on the roof would be brilliant to be able to fish, and move the boat to new spots without having to go back inside👍‼️

so just an idea, and a fairly easy conversion, adding a 3rd pontoon to the middle will help with stabilization as well as allow you to add a small maybe 2ft wide walkway/fishing platform/diving area all the way around the edge of the "living area"

I worry you have a small extintion cord going into a larger one running the generator. It would be wise to run on large larger gauge cord from generator all the way to your power source. Having cords plugging into cords is a bad idea!!!

This is so cool, been really into the tiny houses lately so this was so fun! I would recommend to either raise the fridge/freezer up and put storage under (more storage and saves your back) or have a worktop above and have the fridge/freezer on sliders (more space to cook but still access to to the fridge/freezer), look at van or tiny house builds because it can be so useful! :)

You could put small mini blinds by the bunks. That way you can see out during the day and close them at night. Have fun!

I’ve done a lot of those pan roofs and they make a styrofoam insert and caps that fill the pans and insulate it. They work pretty well and will keep the roof from dripping water as the temperatures change. Should be less than 1k if you do it yourself and would make a huge difference!
