@@KundanSingh-ex6em ऐसा नहीं है, आप गलत तुलना कर रहे हैं। कोई भी बाज़ार हमेशा ऊपर नहीं जाता, उसमें correction या गिरावट जरूर आती है, अब चाहे वो मंदी के रूप में हो या कोरोना के रूप में। क्या कोरोना के बाद कीमतें गिरी नहीं थी? बात ये है कि जब बाजार गिरा होता है तब खुद हमारी हिम्मत नहीं होती पैसा लगाने की फिर जब चढ़ जाता है तब लगता है मौका चूक गए जब सब सस्ता था। उतार चढ़ावा एक चक्र की तरह चलता ही रहता है बहाना कुछ भी हो सकता है, जैसे कभी अमेरिका में कोई बैंक डूब जाती है तो उसी बहाने से दुनिया भर के बाजार गिरने लगते हैं। मतलब जब लोगों कि कमाई से काफ़ी ज्यादा महंगी प्रॉपर्टी हो तो मार्केट स्थिर हो जाता है फिर जैसे ही कोई नकारात्मक न्यूज़ आती है, तब कीमतें टूटती भी है। 2012 में मैंने एक फ्लैट बुक किया, जब लग रहा था कि कभी लें नहीं पाउँगा क्यूंकि कीमते 1600 से 6 महीने के अंदर बढ़ कर 2800 हो गई थी। वो प्रॉपर्टी तो आजतक नहीं मिली है, लगभग 28 लाख रूपये फंसे हैं, अगर में उनका कहीं निवेश किया होता तो भी 60-70 लाख तो हो ही गए होते। 2020 तक भी उसी प्रोजेक्ट के आसपास उसी कीमत 2800-3000 की कीमत पर फ्लैट्स बिक रहे थे जो मेरे प्रोजेक्ट से बेहतर हालत में थे। बात इतनी सी है की बेचने वाले 50 करोड़ कीमत लगा दे तो भी कुछ नहीं होगा जब तक बाजार के ग्राहक 50 करोड़ के फ्लैट खरीदने लायक कमाने नहीं लग जाते।

70% of the projects in Noida are not registered but that doesn't mean they are not safe.and it is not necessary that your investment will be safe in the project in which registration is taking place.
