Hi Maria, when I do gnocchi I cook it in boiling water, they’re cooked when they float upto the top. Yo can eat them just like that with a pasta sauce BUT I take it a step further and have a pan of butter or garlic butter or even Olive oil in a pan hot and ready and as the Gnocchi floats to the top sieve them out with a slotted spoon and fry them off so the become brown and slightly crispy then add cheese or Parmesan 👩🏼🍳👌🏼🫶🏻
