the logic is mazatrol programming it's always positive similar to old siemense but if you are going to start before the part put a negative value you would also use negative value when doing OP2 on the EDGE BACK but only tghere after EDGE BACK you would program normally
Hello, nice and informational video. Can you please tell me how to turn off that tool radius compensation at 10:52 so it actually shows exact path of tool (in this case Z-axis 0 while facing). Thanks!
You will have to go into TPC at the beginning of the unit. You will switch it from auto to manual and then you will enter your numbers that you want. There will be 2 different areas one for roughing and one for finish. Just make sure to simulate it before you actually run it. Bc once you change and put your numbers in there it will go where you tell and you can crash it pretty easy.
Hello sir I have a question for you wondering if you can help me out. I was able to change the TPC on X but once I noticed that it was the wrong number I try to change it again and it's not allowing me to change it. Am I doing something wrong? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Your videos are really great. Thanks a lot. Could you please add a video showing how to setup the tailstock positions (Position 1 and 2)?
Done ;)

these are called Boogie Boards, and you can find these on Amazon fairly cheap, and they last forever.
do you know how to change this in user parameters? so every time it rapids or retracts it's using the same value?
