    About the Mod:
    MK1212 Campaign Open Alpha:
    It's been over 5 years in the making across 2 games, but the Medieval Kingdoms 1212 campaign is finally available to all! Our Open Alpha phase starts today. The campaign as it stands is obviously in an incomplete state, missing technologies, naval units, and mercenaries, though we have plans to add much content in the near future. It currently includes 57 playable factions and various scripted mechanics, such as population and a pope system. The campaign release is also accompanied by a great deal of new content in the form of new factions and units, as well as revamped rosters for preexisting factions.
    Campaign Features:
    57 playable campaign factions.
    Completely custom building chains.
    Single region provinces, where every region on the map has 6 slots.
    Over 4,000 beautifully modeled and period-accurate units (
    Optional music mod.
    Optional UI sound effect replacement mod
    Three Tier Unit Upgrade System based on the three centuries this mod covers (13th, 14th, and 15th Century)
    10 Building Slots per Settlement: No longer your cities be limited to 6 or 4 buildings.

    I've been mimicking your play on my own although I'm Antioch, let me tell you about the Lazarus Sergeant Spears. They somehow survived three pushes from the Ayubbids, mind you from shock cav to heavy and light skirmishers, never had a hint of breaking. THEY WERE JUST 30 MEN, and yet somehow outperformed the Poulain and dismounted order knights

    If you look at custom battles, you can see new factions that are not on the early campaign map like bandage of Bosnia or kingdom of Naples. It looks like they are making unit rosters for new factions in the 1380 late campaign. I don’t know if they already had this or not but it’s cool to see.

    How are you able to play all of a sudden. I saw that The devs updated the Model packs 1 through 9. I deleted all my sub mods and everything and I re subbed to just the Script through model packs that it says to use. I have been playing for years and I know it’s been unplayable ever since model pack 9. What’s the fix?

      I've been playing with model pack 9 since March. I didn't have any issues installing it just through steam?
