you won't like it if downgrading. Its a good drone to learn the very simple basics. I bought this drone SPECIFICALLY to be my first drone to lose and lose I did. Amazing little thing to get into knowing boundaries to learn a little about flying before you get into the bigger ones. Got a Mavic mini after this and haven't crashed at all because this guy helped me get the basics. HOWEVER, expect to lose this if you get the Mi Extender (500 ft if in clear area) since you will test your limits and it will be WAY to far away for you to see. As a side note: these motor wear out since they are NOT brushless. Each motor has about 40 hours of life.

Always wanted a drone, and was too scared to get one because I was worried they would break. I loved this! Def gonna think about getting one more now.

Bought my kids a Tello with the 3 batteries and the gamesir controller. Cool little drone. Then time went on. My kids enjoy the VR feature(one puts the goggles on as the flies)....but ive found myself dragging it out with me for both fun and commercial purpose. Never know when i need a quick drone shot of something I see, and its great for getting a quick glance of large properties or roofs. Whether for a toy or not, great little drone. I will say...you DO need a good phone as there is no sd card availability on the drone. It records directly to your phone. Photo isnt really affected, but if I fly for video on anything i have but my galaxy, the video is not useable. Since the kids dont really do anything with it, maybe a pic or two, they feel like they're flying a drone like mine in a version built for them lol. They love it. I highly enjoy for leisure flight myself. If you're considering this drone...its probably worth it for you.

Flight time in sports mode??
so for fast mode it can go up to 17.8 mph (28.8 kph). It seems that fast mode is the sports mode of this drone, and since this drone is on the cheaper side, people seemed to have had problems and couldn't get it near that top speed.
