Just came across this video. I cannot tell you how much I LOVED it! I felt I was transported away to a wonderful botanical garden oasis!! Which it IS! Absolutely jaw dropping gorgeous! Loved all the plants, fountains, palms, stones, .......just everything! That would be my happy place that's for sure! I live in Eastern Ontario, Canada in a Zone 5A......so the closest I've ever gotten to tropical gardening is on my patio with a few Magesty Palms and a couple other tropicals that are strictly grown here as summer specimens only. I'm excited because all my tulips, daffodils and other Spring bulbs are up a few inches! No blooms for several weeks yet though. NO comparison to your amazing gardens! Thank you for 36 minutes of escape to a tropical paradise! I will definitely watch your other video's! I have subscribed. 😊~~M~~
Found you three videos back and shared you with sister, wow love you and amazed at what your showing us we are here in the UK, and of cause we cannot grow most of the plants you show , but I'm sure we can find an alternative. You are a beautiful lady, you talk detail and design so well , it's great viewing Love Lydia from the UK 💖👍🏾
Wow, I love it! True Gardener here ❤ My favorite plant in my yard right now is my Waikiki Colocasia! But now I'm definitely looking out for a Stingray Alocasia, so cool!
Jen, just when I thought I couldn’t like you anymore, Olive appeared! OMG…she’s just precious!!! 💗💗💗 I’m on my fourth Lab, my first girl. A black Lab named Celie Mae. I can’t wait to see Olive in your future videos and how she grows along with your plants. 😊 I’m loving these weekly videos from you. I’m back in my yard again after our gorgeous, cold Florida winter and I’m clearing out a new area for a mostly shade garden. How about a video featuring plants for a shade garden with dappled morning sun? Your side yard looks great! True gardener!
Aw, Thank you, Tamara. Labs are the best, aren't they? She's doing well as my assistant in the garden. Well, maybe not well, but she’s not tripping me or digging anymore, so I'll take the win, lol. Yes, I'm thinking of doing a backyard update, and there are many shade favorites in that space. I hope it helps with something to add to yours.
Love Love LOVE your yard, front back and sides! My House faces West and the harsh sun in my front and backyard is like the Desert here in Saint Cloud Fl 🫤😭
I just love your living wall. I too made smaller ones for succulents with & without the bags that didn’t last long and were a mess. I’m now trying to figure out a semi-home-made frame 6’x6’ or 8’x8’ that I could use in my lanai, preferably on wheels. Thank you for including the grid & plant pots in your videos! ❤
WOW! New subscriber here. Love your gardens! Will be binge watching your videos. Great to have a husband that can help make your dreams come true. I have one also that can help with my visions. Blessings!
Haha welcome True Gardener!! Thanks Margot for the kind words, your comment brought a smile to mine and chuck’s face when we read it. I hope we can help with some ideas for your future plans 😊
I love your transformation of your side yard. I have followed you for a couple of years and truly love your style. I happen to take the Stuart secret garden tour last weekend and my favorite garden just happens to be one that you designed. I did not realize it at the time but just saw the short videos and almost fell off my chair. It was a dream yard and everyone spent more time just taking in all there was to see it was truly magical. Too bad you don't go south to West Palm Beach where I am. Thankyou for your videos .
Hello Bailey, While that garden is totally my style, I wish I had the opportunity to design it, but I didn't. I wanted to share the beautiful display of pots and orchids used in that home with this wonderful garden community. I thought for sure the ones who didn't take the tour would love to see it, too. I have one scheduled to go out today, too, of a few other angles. I agree; it's a beautiful setting.
@@TrueGardener your welcome keep sharing.. I grew up in South Central florida but have lived in South Georgia for 30 years and I still keep the tropical look here
I, too, enjoy a nice glass of wine or Palermo after working in the yard. I’m right with you there! Adding a lime tree would probably be in my best interest. Lol

I love my Monstera , Farfugium , & spider Lilly! I considering planting some spindle palms. What palms do you like for zone 9b ? Do you know of any good freeze protection for palms? I have bottle palms we wrapped with heat tape and rockwool when it froze this year and they did great but when they get big that won’t be an option.
Hello. Very much enjoyed your vertical garden. I took a screenshot of the metal frames you used, but even with magnification, I'm unable to see the product name/Amazon listing info. Please provide details for the metal frames and the plastic pockets used. Thank you!
Your new side yard looks amazing!!! Chuck did a great job with the fence/gate. Can't wait to see the additions. But what happened to the Auntie Lu's?? One of my favorites for a pop of color. Reworking your fountain into the front pond and the sculpture as a faux stepping stone is so cool. Great ideas for repurposing. Isn't it interesting that gardener's think they have everything down so perfect, and then BOOM all of a sudden an idea pops in our head and we're off to the races again. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you Chica, so the best of the Aunte lou group went to the front walkway. The rest well went out to pasture, to old to work in the garden...... BOOM, That's exactly how us gardeners like it right done is never done.
I just love your videos so glad u r doing more. My sister and I live in pompano Beach and have tried to somewhat copy your landscape ideas at each of our homes. Love having wine at end of day and walking thru garden. Please keep doing vids bc no one else in So Fla really does a vid that's beautiful. 😅 Wish I could find and obi island palm❤
Great work on the wall. I have a perfect spot for one on my back deck. I’m thinking of using cattle panels which are cheap for my grid and your idea for plastic planters and put mist water system in will be better than the other walk methods you mentioned I’ve also seen. I love the squirrels next ferns & love Bromeliads too
Absolutely love the living wall. I'm going to build one, but for the wire I have an old cattle-panel (Tractor Supply). They are heavy duty and much cheaper, but maybe difficult for some to transport. I love all your landscapes. Thanks
that sounds like a very creative idea and you already know it’s going to hold up fine out in the weather. Would you mind sending an update on how it’s doing?
I love your videos and watch everyone! I used to live over by you, but now I’m over in Tampa Bay. Can you explain the drip system you used on this? Plus how you work all these water features off the house. Love your videos and hope they keep coming! 🌴
My favorite? Hahaha - I want all the things!!! I have about 50 varieties of things and only a few of what you use in your garden. When I grow up (and I’m over 60 now), I want to have a yard that looks similar to yours!!
Hahaha I love it!! Becky, I always love seeing your comments, they truly make my day. Thank you for always saying something nice. Bryce also wanted me to tell you Hi, and thanks for the great questions to answer for the Short videos! 😊
You really have some neat plants down where you're at they are so pretty I just love them how many zone 6B and yeah we are beautiful plants up here too and I think you guys can't go down there probably but but yeah it's always nice to see other people's plants and they're so luscious and beautiful okay talk to you later I have 30 gardens at memorial Park in New Kensington PA and I've been doing it for about 20 years now it's just for people to walk through and enjoy it so talk to you later thank you bye
Love your yard! Wish you were in SC to help me with my landscaping! At the 20:03 mark there is a small bright fan chartreuse/bright limey green/yellow palm looking plant between the obi island palm and the palm (areca?)...sorry I wish I could show a photo...I would like to know what that is... please and thank you. (It's still in the video at mark 21:39 while you're talking about the triple sisters)...
I hope I am looking at the right one; the ground cover plant, light, bright green, is called Coral sedum, and the little palm tree below with giant fronds is called Licuala Palm. Shade-loving palm that's one of my favs. I hope I got that right.
Yes, Aqua man is right a float valve is great, I currently have a bubbler that goes on every time my irrigation system goes on so it adds water to each of my water features three times a week and that keeps them topped off. I currently have them on all of the time however its easy to add a timer that shuts off at night. I may do that in the future. Lol considering i keep adding water everywhere.

Hi love watching your tours , as a plant lover we are. Love your home landscape and was wondering what the 3 tier log water fountain is called and where you bought it. Thanks Jenifer. ❤🌴
Yes its called triple Basalt columns an Aquascapes product, you can buy from them directly but think amazon sells it too so shipping is less or free depending where you are.
Can you tell me what stone you said was your favorite for walkways? Tiki something Granite? It's very pretty but I didn't understand what you called it. thanks
I am currently doing the narrow side bed 4’x40’ on the Gulf Coast- morning sun, afternoon house shadow shade until June/Sept (then full sun all day). I am trying to incorporate your layering tips and emulate your tropical styles. My question is: I have two windows (needing access for hurricane shutter installations), wall mounted tankless gas water heater, irrigation controls, and tv box requiring access that take up 10’ length of the 40’. Any suggestions for plants in front of windows or wall mounted controls to allow access but disguise within a 4’ width? True Gardener ❤❤❤ Been going through many of your video collection.
Oh Maureen those are some tough challenges. My meter, internet and hose bib is on that wall just as you walk around the corner of my house so I had similar problems. I ended up using the gate and large pot to disguise the area and hid the ugly bathroom window with living wall. I wish I had better suggestions for your tough area. All I can say when space is a challenge sometimes the best we can do is distract the eye by making a more open section within that same area a bit of a show stopper. Sometimes layer hanging pots along the house wall or he silly plant one area leaving the troubled section a rock grouping or something clean and simple your eye glides over. Wishing you the best of luck on you project.
Hello Jen, I am attempting to find the palm you showed here the Arikury palm. Can you tell me where to get it. We are in Central Florida and you don't come here. 😢
Good morning I wish I had a source over your way. You can find them over on this coast at Palm City Palms, In Palm City Or Ecelsea Gardens in Palm Beach. Sorry not sure of many nurseries over in Central FL. Try the app ANT.com I think its for business and Homeowner allike. Its a pretty cool database maybe youll find something there. Good Luck!
Dear User-gr1wt1iy2u, I am writing to offer my sincerest apologies for my recent behavior. I have come to realize that I have been talking too much, and in doing so, I may have inadvertently made you feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed. I deeply regret any distress or inconvenience my actions may have caused you, and I want to take this opportunity to express my genuine remorse.Over the past few days, I have reflected on my actions and their impact on our interactions. It has become clear to me that I have been dominating conversations and not allowing for balanced dialogue. This behavior is not characteristic of the respectful and considerate person I strive to be, and I am truly sorry for any frustration it may have caused you.I understand that my excessive talking may have made it difficult for you to express yourself or fully participate in our conversations. Communication is a two-way street, and I recognize the importance of listening attentively and giving others the space to share their thoughts and feelings. I failed to uphold these principles, and for that, I am deeply regretful.I want to assure you that my intentions were never to monopolize the conversation or disregard your perspective. However, I acknowledge that my actions have had that effect, and I take full responsibility for my behavior. I am committed to making amends and improving myself moving forward. In order to address this issue, I am taking proactive steps to become a better listener and communicator. I am actively practicing techniques such as mindfulness and self-awareness to become more attuned to my speaking habits and their impact on others. Additionally, I am making a conscious effort to ask more open-ended questions and encourage dialogue rather than monologue.Furthermore, I am open to any feedback or suggestions you may have regarding how I can improve my communication skills and ensure that our interactions are more balanced and enjoyable for both of us. Your perspective is valuable to me, and I am committed to learning from this experience and growing as a person.Once again, I apologize wholeheartedly for talking too much and for any discomfort it may have caused you. Please know that my intentions were never to disregard your feelings or dominate our conversations. I value our relationship and your presence in my life, and I am determined to do better in the future.Thank you for taking the time to read this letter and for considering my apology. I hope we can move past this and continue to build a positive and respectful relationship based on mutual understanding and communication.Sincerely, Jennifer

Do you leave your fountains on all the time? And if so (or even if you don’t), how often do you add water? How do you know when to add water?
You will get a lot of evaporation so you can add water weekly to be proactive or add a float valve connected to you sprinkler system

I am a true gardener
Hello True Gardener, Me too!
Good Luck!
Just a thought, ; if you covered you electric meter under a colorful cabinet, to blend in with you outdoor scenery, just a thought. 😇
That would be cool love that idea
Just found you on TH-cam and looking forward to seeing more of your videos. Hope to connect with you soon I’m in desperate need of help with my yard.

You talk to much
Dear User-gr1wt1iy2u, I am writing to offer my sincerest apologies for my recent behavior.
