For those who are wondering about the yaoi fanart of Tweek and Craig in the game, Matt and Trey hosted a contest/submission on their tumblr for the episode where the two get together reaching out for their fans with any fanart of the two together. Of course, there were already fans who had art ready, and those who created new pieces quickly for the episode, where at the end of the episode they give special thanks to those who contribute their art for the episode.
As well that some of the South Park animators made their own Tweek and Craig fanart to help branch out the art style

Dan going through a majority of the game completely certain that Kenny is dead and having no clue he's Mysterion feels like a bit right out of the show.
I feel like Matt and Trey are the kind of guys that, if you messaged them asking for recordings of them just saying "TH-cam" to use as censors for the video, they would have been more than willing.
That's pretty much how Matt and Trey got Primus to do the opening theme, they just asked and Primus agreed. Then they told Primus it was too long and they needed a new one, and that's when Primus basically said "Fuck off, just speed it up" and that's how the intro song got there lmao

I love how Butter's isn't even the "real" villain but he manages to do so much on a budget, he legitimately has hired goons and wired up the storage area as a working lair, the guy is still in the forth grade, he is great, the best south park character.
butters can be really successful when given the chance, even with his joke villain persona where the entire gag is he's just a terrible bad guy

I think in the actual show, the others are playing pretend and stumbling into winning fights except for Kenny where during the episodes he was playing pretend but was also seeking out real fights and actually using his ability because he was aware of it

Old People is a decent pick because you only have to fight them once. In the base game though vampires is the best pick for a weakness because outside of DLC there are literally none in the game. Kryptonite doesn't do much noticeable anyway.
You will notice if you pick Crab People.
Fun fact, the choice doesnt actually matter at all, nothing happens when you fight your kryptonite. Just a minor flaw really, but something shouldve happened, like taking more damage and/or less damage taken from you

i wanna give a shout out to the really good music of this game - specifically the raisin girls' battle theme, which is pretty clearly a homage to the powerpuff girls' theme!
(also, watching dan play this led to me picking up the game again, to which i learned i never actually beat the game to begin with. just recently finished it, currently working my way through the danger deck!)
The music is indeed amazing there are a few ones I don't really like but they generally are amazing.
(The club battle theme is a personal favorite for me)
Morgan Freeman's and Bootay's themes are genuinely bangers
The music slaps, especially the ones from the Peppermint Hippo
The art direction of both of these first two games were amazing. They perfectly capture the look, feel, and sound of the show, which is impressive given the artstyle. The same animations, musical queues, etc. will play for scenes that could just come straight fro the show if you didn't know better.

Pretty sure they also use assets directly from the show, since it's all animated in Maya it must've made it easy to port into a game engine

It’s weird how well this game has aged, which I think is just a testament to the humour and style of South Park. Not only is the stuff about superhero franchises even more relevant now than it was in 2017, but the redneck bit aged phenomenally. The fact that, no matter what you choose, they’re still offended is great. Also, fun fact! If your character’s mom sounds familiar, that’s because she’s voiced by Colleen O’Shaughnessey, aka Tails The Fox from Sonic the Hedgehog

So you inspired me to reinstall this and the only thing in the chest at the start are cosmetics. The crafting materials are actually put in there as you complete masteries on your character card and are part of the base game. You're supposed to have them.
yeah he like didn't collect his rewards at all like an IDIOT which partially explains why he was having so much difficulty, it seems he likely played a mjaority of the game with his starting weapons

There was a significant downturn in my extended peer group using the shortened word for raccoon after this, because it taught us that it's sometimes used as a slur and nobody wanted to deal with people assuming you weren't literally just talking about raccoons.

While not written as strongly as "The Stick of Truth", "Fractured but Whole" is still an excellent game, still packed to the tits with references from the show, still funny as hell, and arguably has better over-all gameplay. Also, having a much bigger party and reserve members, on top of all of them having a massive variety of moves AND the player character having not only a tonne of classes to help mix and match their hero, but entertaining and absolutely BUSTED fart/time powers makes for a hell of a fun experience.
This duology is amazing.
Also, the DLC extra chapters are fun as well!
i'd say the only real flaw in the game is that it lacks a really good final boss. Nazi ZOmbie Princess Kenny is an amazing final boss battle, so fighting mitch connor and mitch connor isn't nearly as impressive (of course some see the horror DLC as giving a better final boss but still that's DLC)
@@sarafontanini7051 To be fair, DLC Final Bosses can count as final bosses, especially if they are better than the base game ones. Take Elden Ring and Bloodborne as examples. Both have pretty good/great final bosses, but the DLC FBs are pretty much amazing, to say the least.
Also, I have to kinda disagree with the last boss in the base game being the only flaw. I still think that the over-all story/narrative of Fractured but Whole is a step down. It's still pretty good, but Stick of Truth, I felt, was just amazing in it's writing, full stop.
It's been a while since I watched the show, but iirc Mitch Connor exists solely because Cartman wants to do bad things, but doesn't want the responsibility for it, so he does it through this weird alternate personality.
It's not actually a disorder btw, he's completely aware he's doing it.
Love how the gambling got him even in South Park.
I must say. Mitch's intro graphic is pretty cool looking. The western font with the projector sounds along with the grainy, old-fashioned look really makes him feel like a threat rather than Cartman's hand.
I was watching the VOD the other day and felt devastated when i see Emoku doesn't get chosen again. But, after Ubisoft overwhelming RT with useless cosmetics and items to the point of resetting the timeline. Thus, Emoku gets his chance to shine again. I can't believe i'll say this, but thank you Ubisoft and thank you Broccoli boy for your sacrifice 07

A few of the other kids names are like that, like Kyle's is supposed to allude to the um Jewish slur (I hope you know which one(I believe in the actual show Cartman does call Kyle that instead of kite man)) also that call girl is obvious for what it is, I think tool shed is something too but I forgot there might be a few more

This game is the reason I opened my mind to trans stuff and allat, and learned what the term cisgendered was, due to the councilor scene in this game.
Thank you to my parents for getting me this game when I had just turned fourteen, it was all I asked for for Christmas that year and I got it lol.
Watching this game seven years later just hits different knowing that despite me barely remembering it it was a foundational game to the person I am now.

the fact that fucking south park has legit actual good lgbtq+ representation is insane. Matt and Trey somehow manage to be offensive and not offensive at the same time. It's why I love southpark so much because the jokes actually have some level of depth(for the most part, most of it is still toilet and shock humour lol)

yeah, there was an episode where they portrayed that design as Moses and its stuck for no reason
what's funny is they took the villain from an old disney movie and used his design for one of the most benevolent and good natured characters in south park
also the south park episode was the first time i saw the design so the joke was lost on me until years later when i watched tron for the first time

Butters is my favourite character so whenever I could I always had Professor Chaos in my party when I played this game.
After that post credit scene I would've liked a sequel or dlc where you become a villain and team up with Chaos or something. That could've been cool, but oh well.
Call girl too, mostly because her abilities are ridiculously strong.
Butters is one of my favorite characters and while Professor Chaos was stronger in Stick Of Truth, I still included him once the player is able to achieve him. However, that would’ve been a cool DLC mode although I don’t know what would be the new power up since story based DLCs always give you a new ability. We can only hope besides the fanfic fuel
or hell a DLC or sequel where he's the big bad outright

Yknow.... I think instead of Southpark snow day, we should've gotten a 3rd game where we play as the villain along side professor chaos on a mission to bring destruction to the town. It would've been great carrying on from thar last line butters gave. Basically end up as Clyde from the first game, start off with getting kicked out and start building up an army and go against the main Southpark cast at the end or something.
Idk, I doubt it'd make much sense or work well given how these 2 games played out. But almost anything would've been better than snow day.

One thing I find sort of endearing, none of the kids in South Park interrupts Jimmy.
South Park, remarkably, has some of the best disability rep in media. All the kids treat Jimmy and Timmy as full human beings and want to include them in whatever they are doing. There are some great episodes where the kids will be playing football or something and Jimmy and Timmy are included.
Oh yeah shoutout to that one guy in the stream archive who compared Dan torturing chat for Yaoi to their Dad abusing them

@@Druid-T since Dan was giving chat a time limit for the Yaoi, that person basically said that Dans a bad person for doing that and compared that to their own trauma with their dad. A lot of people (including myself) said that Dan always goes against chat if it feels like he's being pressured, that the message they put was extremely funny, or that the message was extremely stupid and was utter nonsense. Pretty sure they deleted the comment themseleves, but it was hilarious seeing no-one on their side
yeah that's too far but the latter half of the final vod dan was blowing up at chat a few times, and that part just felt like he was gaslighting them so he had a reason to not keep playing

Fake tan is pretty common in Ireland, so it can actually be explained by Emoku finally accepting his paleness and doing away with the spray tan.
If anyone want's to watch some south park I'd heavily recommend watching South park bigger longer uncut (movie), it was made quite early in shows history so you don't need meta context and it's unironically a very good musical.
These are strangely enjoyable because RT is just so overwhelmed by South Parks harsh nature xD
