Wow, great video. Love that Cub and all the cool places you take it to, this one included. Loved seeing the sheep in the “cave.” How in the world did you spot them. Is this in the Wrangells? I’m a relatively new Cub pilot (Apex Cub experimental) and I’m looking forward to all the great places that I haven’t seen yet, from Palmer outbound.
@@AKCub907 I’m definitely going to have to check out the Talkeetnas then. I think my Cub is configured quite similarly to yours, so I suppose the numbers work out. I’m not fast but I’m pretty slow. Looking forward to getting the slats next year. Thought I’d go smooth for a while and get to know her. And thank you for the compliment. I got to go up with Danny and he was pointing out some cool spots out the Knik. I’m just having the time of my life. It would really be great to meet up out there sometime. Alaska has all different kinds of scenery❤ Those were sheep, and I live on a shared runway/airpark.
