    Very true advice. This isn't to say we can't watch tv etc but to do these things with a purpose behind them and not just passing time and over stimulating. Far from easy of course. Often don't know it's happening. Apps that force one to stop is probably one way. I've got a ten minute limit a day on one app. Might use ir on more apps.
