I am happy the Long Halloween part 2 adapted the courtroom scene. Most adaptations skip it because it isn't "realistic". Realism in a Batman adaptations is very loose.
A friend of mine is a doctor and he said to me that two face is realistic when it comes to acid burns not the fire one from TDK, i was relieved when he said that because it means that two face can exist
I would like to see the movie about Two-Face just like how they did with Joker(movie) and Harley Quinn (Birds of Prey). We always see most of the villains from Batman's perspective. Two-Face should also have his own movie.
I propose he's turned into an Anti-Hero type of character: Harvey being an idealistic good-hearted individual who is not afraid of getting his hands dirty when ultimately neccessary, and Two-Face being a ruthless vigilante but with humanity, much like Marvel's Punisher. I suggests this because the usual Two-Face is a highly offensive stereotype that demonizes a mental illness that is the product of childhood trauma, and this is the best thing i could think of that at least somewhat avoids that stereotype as much as possible (hopefully a lot) by humanizing the Two-Face alter instead of him being a mere villain, as well as him not straying too much of Harvey's morality, being more ruthless than him but Harvey also having some ruthlessness himself, while also trying to stick to the concept of the character. Either that or do it like The Dark Knight did.
Am I the only one who thinks that Two-Face is done somewhat dirty when it comes to the animated movies? Sure, he does appear as the main villain in the likes of Adam West animated movie and in one of the Lego Batman movies, but that's only 2 of the 15 movies he's been in. For the rest of his appearances, Two-Face is either a cameo character, appears as a minor character, or is a major, but the not main, antagonist.
I concluded the Two-Face storyline that began in the first and only season of Gotham Knights. Knowing Harvey Dent is her father (even though it was the alternate personality who had an affair with her mother) Duela can't let him go. She uses the mind-tech of Jervis Tetch to get into his head. It's damn dangerous. To see how it turned out, google "Not Offended, Duela." It's about Duela, of course. And the people she cares about, one of whom is Harvey.
Honestly I think you could've left out the cameo appearances. Mostly because for his evolution Two-face needed to be actually active in the films not just in the background.

He’s a very compelling character with a lot of potential. He deserves better. Hopefully Matt reeves will do him justice in the sequel
