    Need more of a demonstration, whilst the breakdown was excellent,would like to have seen 5 or 6 full Burpees.

    Would've been better if you'd shown not only the gradual method, but also the full exercise at the end!

      Yeah, burpees in parts is much different than rep number 51 of the real thing.

    Shes performing 3/4 of a burpee the pushup is the key

    • @lanzcarter3601
      @lanzcarter3601 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The pushup was never part of the original burpee created by Royal Burpee in the 30's. The pushup has just become a different variation of it.
      Make sure you do research before calling someone out.

    How is this not a squat thrust?

    • @lanzcarter3601
      @lanzcarter3601 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Because it's not, that's why it's called a burpee not a squat thrust.

  • @EricaEchos
    @EricaEchos 6 ปีที่แล้ว

    Landing on your heels is the wimps way of doing this. Staying on your toes doesn't "destroy" your knees, it forces you to keep your calf muscles flexed, and makes the movement harder (ie. better.) Your bones, muscles, tendons and ligaments are all designed to handle stress and strain within reason. The only way you "destroy" joints is by not stretching and properly warming up before exercises, overworking them, or exercising on extremely hard surfaces (like concrete.)
