Well, the penalty doubler works on all stats, the weapon just gives out the atk/def on its own, but if you can have a teammate debuff the speed you’re just as good.
so we shouldn't forget that even a divine vein that has the effect units get +0 atk and would still be good as there can only be 1 vein on a field so especially a unit that spreads veins like ratatoskr this is perfect to remove pesky veins like stone

And then you subtract by 4, so 18-4 = 14, and the weapon's max value is 14. But yes, multiplication is usually done before addition/subtraction, unless the addition is in parentheses. Op is just doing the equation in reverse, basically. Idk why you'd do that when you can just plug the values in the right order of equations but hey, to each their own.

Your Thumbnail says "Dont Worry Your Orbs Are Safe"....couldn't be further from the truth for me...I've been waiting for Severa for 7 years....My boyfriend was 2 minutes ahead of me on feh channel and was like "uh oh....your orbs aren't safe" and I was like "please don't scare me....shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit" I just spent like 400 orbs trying for merges on the legendary banner so pulling out wallet-kun to +10 Severa day the banner drops
i don't think rattata is powercreeping gatekeeper, the effect is stronger as it can be applied to more spaces but she have to act first for it to happen, while gatekeeper's warp bubble is always active, meaning that in sumoner duel if the foe act first they can snipe her, or you would have to waste her action by just moving her instead of attacking just to apply the warp bubble effect. while GK is a defensive support warp bubble, rattata is an offensive unit that can apply warp bubble
There is no point in complaining about her armor. The majority of people who play the game want it/have no issue. Personally I don't want full plated armor
Ratatoskr is ok but I still feel Seidr is better for Galeforce. Plus WoW, the Arcaine Axe is incredible. Having temp IS even better because Physical NFU IS more accesible and Spd Def Tempo 4 doesn't even exist so... Pretty good weapon. And the B skill on severa is INSANE to precharge a lot of Vital Astra and Godlike Reflexes with no Askr or Infantry pulse or something.
Severa's weapon is not good, it is decent enough though, but I don't care I'll still pull for her, and if there's a rerun for L!Elincia at the end of the month I'm gonna drown myself

Lucinas Armor is based off the Awakening armor for female Great Knights.
Ratatoskr doesn't have Flared Sparrow because it would clash with Divine Vein: Green. It's an either one or the other situation, no Vein stacking.
She can proc Flared Sparrow on attack and then Divine Vein Green on her end turn after canto
