Starlink replaced my broken dish!

    Iv messaged them 5 times and one automated response so far ,one week now and no net ,good video

    How long did it take for customer service to get in touch with you and what was the overall time frame from start to finish. I'm currently going on a week and not a word from them.

      24 hours. I would open another ticket or keep messaging them.

      @@JC-jw6dp you need to use the app and go though the trouble shooting eventually it will let you talk to them.

    I think my dish stopped working because it stays disconnected and the router has power and is broadcasting signal but I don’t hear the dish getting power anymore. Hasn’t moved yet either. When they send you a replacement do you need to send back everything or just the dish?

      I sent back everything. It's better to send back everything because you don't know exactly what the problem is there's no indicator lights on the dish to tell if the cable is bad or the dish is bad and the cable is non-standard so there's no way of easily testing it.

    How did u change ur service plan from one starlink to the other, my replacement just came and nothings working

    I received a Starlink mounting arm that was broken when I open the box how do you contact them to have them replace it? I can only find how to return some thing and process a refund.

      Yes I contacted them. You have to go to the app and use the automated troubleshooting and go through all the self help steps for it to give up and let you message them

    Can you use the old router if you broke the dish

      Both the router and the dish were returned but sure.

    I also had a bad dish and just received a new one, however I can’t get the new dish to connect to my account.
    How did you get the new dish to work with your account?

      Mine worked out of the box. I would contact support again.
