- If you fall into that vanishingly small Venn diagram of people who love the idea of watching an overweight middle-aged bloke delivering on Uber Eats and Deliveroo AND listening to him pontificate about tech products, then boy is this video for you. In this one, I talk about my love of the Lenovo Legion Go and bring burritos to hungover students. All in a day's work....

Great to hear you bond with your sons through gaming 👍
I'm British, much easier than expressing my feelings 😂
I got the Rog Ally. I don't use the sd card slot after hearing about the problems, so I don't know if mine got the problem or not so I just delete bigger games. I 'm not playing to free space when needed, but I still love it I main play euro truck simulator 2, American truck simulator and alaskan road truckers but I got starfield and other cozy type games like stardew valley but I mainly wanted it to carry on trucking when my legs play up seating at my desk but I play it more than pc now just seating on sofa trucking and listening to music with online built in radio in them is awesome and it was my late dad who got me in to gaming so I know how much it means to your sons that you gaming with them and best memories was playing sonic Street of rage and rampage on my master system 1 and 2 with my dad and little brother love you videos and sorry for the long comment or as my wife would say essay 😆 🤣
Thanks John, great to hear about your choice. I'm still tempted by the ROG Ally, especially as the price is dropping with the new one coming out next month. Might pick one up for my son as he's off to university soon and PC gaming might be a way to stay connected. What kind of battery life are you getting out of it?
@Rider51_001 I just keep mine on charge and plugged in but depends on the game about 2 hours or so on a full charge
A lot of these things are just too expensive to justify buying. The newest console I own is a Nintendo switch and I have loads of games I've not played much of and little time to do so. I'd probably get a proper handheld if Nintendo released one but the issues the switch has had with joycon drift and its fan has put me off a little. £700 is too steep for me, I'd rather play older games for the time being. Plus I don't need anymore computing than my smartphone offers.
oof, don't talk to me about joycon drift, over 2 different switches I had 6 joycons and one pro controller with drift issues. Take your point about the price, I managed to justify it (to myself at least) by selling off some other tech to pay for most of it and also the fact that I could use it as a second computer when needed.
I have 4 separate nintendo joycons, all with unplayable levels of drift. My split pad pros have a slight issue but nothing major atm.
