My choice would probably depend on the type of waste the company generates. If it's biodegradable or could be used to produce recycled materials, then choice 1 would be my action. In such a case, reducing the pollution and instead recycling most of the waste would be beneficial. However, if it's something more chemical and non-biodegradable, I'd probably choose to focus on the positive we're doing, given that whatever the company produces is enough to take my focus away from the pollution it's causing.
Having said that, I'm really thankful for this video. It helped me a lot in understanding the concept of dissonance.

If were in such situations,, first I will not disturb the situation,, and try to solve the pollution problem by approaching a team,who will convert that waste as solid and if possible ask my senior investment on solid waste recycling,, which is dual benifit solve my dissonance,, and save nature

2 because 1 is not up to me... 3 is hard because most likely attitude valency gonna be high ...4 it is basically creating contradiction what might give us mental discomfort. Because we know the importance of env and by doing that we are offering our offspring a worse situation... And it's gonna cause problems in so many lvlls
