I like how you and Nerbit upload Fallout 3 videos within a 48-hour gap, and your whole topic is basically on the completely opposite side of the spectrum.
I don't know who decided that Tobar should have the second-best pistol in the game. He wiped out that whole Talon company camp first time i was playing lol. What a fucking badass.
There should be a Tobar companion mod. He could tell you cool sailor's tales about Point Lookout and give you his revolver (which gets turned into a unique weapon) once you complete the Point Lookout DLC (you'd get the option to spare him) That'd be pretty neat.
@@CausalLoop25Even though I love Point Lookout, I think Tobar could've been better. He's just (spoilers to all the people who haven't played Point Lookout) cutting other people's brains out for no reasons. It would be really cool to have his revolver be more interesting than just the normal magnum. Maybe have like a higher crit chance and better magazine? That would be awesome.
@@inspectahj You could call it "The Lobotomizer". Does extra headshot damage, but less damage when not aiming for the head. Also does double limb damage on a critical hit. As for its appearance, the scope could be retrofitted out of a submarine's periscope, while the grip could have some fishnetting on it. It could also have a shiny colbalt finish.
@@CausalLoop25that's sounds really damn cool. Sounds better than even like the Blackhawk. Too bad i suck at modding, otherwise i would've tried doing it.
To be fair, he is essential and his AI can pop up on any Securitron on the network if he gets killed. If he found a way to copy his AI on EVERY Securitron at once, he could become an unstoppable hivemind.
Im not a huge fan of Fallout 3, but between nerbit and casual, i really am craving a playthough. You could say im fiend-ing for it! Oh shit wrong game.
At 18:19 I spot a crime. Possession of machine guns is illegal in DC. Or rather, possession of unregistered firearms, and it is not possible to register machine guns in the district.
The thing is, it's not a machine gun, it's an assault rifle. And besides, none of the guns can be registered since any place where you could do so has been blasted into rubble... ...you know, maybe Fallout isn't the best game for this ruleset.
@@CausalLoop25 Fallout is indeed not perfect, what good is in following the laws, when there are no consequences from breaking them ;) and I meant "machine gun" as written in law, which assault rifles fall under. they fulfill the "shoots more than once with a trigger pull" part. but sticking to semi-auto instantly solves it.
I did it to stop Burke from getting away, and the game didn't consider it stealing. But you're right, I should have returned the stuff to Harden after I stopped him.
Probably for people who don't know it. The Bible passage fits in with the whole "No crimes" thing. As well as that, for those who don't know it, being a baby is pretty novel.

You really need more attention, love these fallout challenges!!!!
Thanks!
I was going to call you out on littering, but if looks like you solved that issue. Fun video!
Silencers on pistols aren’t illegal, you just gotta pay a tax stamp to purchase one.
I love the idea that yes man single handedly took out the dam after the NCR already won.

Can you beat fallout new vegas only using your fists/melee?
Melee is broken af, it'd be harder to do it with guns since you have to buy ammo lol

considering the game can be done as a pacifist, any weapon restriction run is just a bonus.

That and to show off stats with the special and goat.
So we can hear Butch say "I can show you a real Tunnel Snake Amata" best line in the game.
