Hey everyone, I wanted to address some concerns about our uploads being outdated or a few patches behind. Currently, we release 2-4 videos a day. Our first and most up-to-date video is always released in the morning on BoxBox (main channel). Then, we release a second video in the morning on BoxBoxBox (2nd channel). If we have additional content, a third video goes up in the afternoon on BoxBox, followed by a fourth video on BoxBoxBox. Our primary upload (the first video) will always be on the current patch. The other three videos may be a mix of up-to-date content and some older videos. To give you some context, we produce around 70-80 videos each month, so it's natural that some may be from a previous patch before the new content comes out. However, we always prioritize ensuring that the first video on BoxBox is current and relevant. Thanks for your understanding and continued support!
I watch every stream live or VOD, and then watch the youtube videos, I dont mind the date or path, keep up the great work, thanks for the entertainment
Had this exacted combo yesterday, got second cuz I was contested with like 3 other people. Lost to 10 portal guy. I’ve been only playing tft on and off since the beginning but now I’ve put a good few weeks into this set so maybe im just bad.
ahri is already nerfed on the patch your playing she's still strong however no longer that OP compared to patch 14.16 and this game is on patch 14.16, keep on playing you and never forget to have fun Good luck on your climb 😄
Arcana ahri gives 10 AP which benefits your entire board. The only reason you would ever choose hec would be if you had Poppy's hero augment otherwise your just giving your units useless stats that don't benefit the carries you have items on
like he explained in the video, combat power augments can be strictly defined as augments that allow you to uncap the power ceiling of the unit(s). of course, augments that allow you to hit your units and/or items are extremely strong as well, they're just also (theoretically) not adding any extra combat power since if you omega high roll you can have an identical board. let's say you took these augments and faced an imaginary high roller who had a somewhat less complete board (1 less 3 star, maybe 1.5 fewer completed items). your augments do give you a stronger board at base, but if they rolled combat power augments - those that give more ap/ad, or more damage overall, etc., they would have a stronger board than you. to put it another way, the augments he took are consistency augments, allowing you to ensure that within the resources allotted you can guarantee yourself a complete board and therefore a high placement (top 4 at least). however, if you face off against a high roller with combat augments, you're unlikely to get first (or maybe second, depending on the high rollers). combat power augments are buffs essentially. if you have a good board already, you really, REALLY want combat power augments to secure that first place. if your board isn't that good, combat power augments would maybe get you a top 4-5 at best, but better than your initial 7th or 8th. even then, consistency augments are still subject to luck. I'd argue he got slightly lucky on his first two adaptive helms which allowed him to build a comfortable health margin and winstreak, meaning that he could stomach the later loss streak and wait on econ. in fact, consistency augments are almost necessary for playing reroll comps since they eat early gold so hard and gold is so much less available early. this is the tradeoff you need to make between combat power and consistency - reroll comps have lower power ceilings and are not easily uncapped, but they are really strong early-mid game and only really get outscaled by higher power lategame comps. if you want combat power augments over consistency, you run the risk of getting an early 8th by having to eat a loss streak and still not rolling into your comp, but if you get your board, you can even beat high power lategame comps.
Ahri's bis is technically adaptive helm so it's the better play, but I am of the camp that blue buff feels better even if statistically it's slightly worse. In terms of value 1 more doesn't change anything considering his augment.
question? i was watching old boxbox videos yesterday and didn’t realize he would average 100k+ views? i’ve been watching him for so long i didn’t realize, except set 10 i hated that set, but what happened? did he get cancelled that i don’t know about 😭
he just does more stream friendly content now, i dont think he's too focused on the growth of his youtube anymore also just kinda happens when a creator swaps games
@@errold6812 i mean, switching from league of legends challenger game content to strategy TFT. TFT was also the big new thing before so obviously it was gonna have more viewers initially then fall off
Sometimes you play very well until you are hit with a prismatic trait or a guy has one or more 3* 4 costs. Rarely hit 1st place on just being good, need a lot of luck too
I mean he is a tuber after all. I’d rather see him hitting 3 stars and getting 1st sometimes than going for the same 2 builds and always hitting 3~5. Just my opinion though, I do get where you come from
@@Dasheroids yes. I prefer normals due to experiments I run, just like I did in my last game. I went basicly Swain carry, with Stone plate, bt and Archangels. Had such a close fight with 8 eldrich but won. You can say this was a tuber cause I loved that my experiment was a pass. Also he has fi d the center wich made him a giga tank. Love tubers but also like winning once in a while
Is it even my fault? Okay, I'm going eigfff. This is not even good, like. Basically just k3soju terminology that gets copied because it was funny at first, and it pulls views.

Wish people would stop ff'ing and just play it out
I just think they need a way to make ff'ing in the middle of combat just continue the combat instead of ending it immediately
Nah they need to save those 2 minutes of their oh so precious time
Why. If they realize they gonna lose just they can move on, it's not a team game
they're not obligated to and it's not like a 3* 4 cost tank would change something different here like 5 costs do
If the guy/gal dont want to play, let them ff why you are against it? Is cockandball torture is your thing?
Where does albert research his stats from? Like when he mentioned certain items being better than others on Ahri
14:40 where does Albert seeks which item is better?
Metatft or more likely, tactictools

What is the overlay that tells him stats on augments?
I did not know Lillia is Scottish.
why would you put the arcana signifier on ahri when you dont have any 3stars yet??
Because he's better off getting the 10 extra AP than the 10% durability and AD on champs that are holding items.
@@Daft-Funk ah oke so you do get some AP if you have no 3stars? It says "AP for every 3 star" so i thought 0 3stars is 0 AP...
@@Chainmail Yep, but it's only 10 AP as far as I remember :)

I like how he says winning without combat augments means the unit is busted like augments giving you 4 3 star units doesn't translate to combat power

was the adaptive helm with 2cost in 5:28 is better than a bluebuff with 3cost?

Should've been Prismatic Ticket + Silver Ticket = The Most Adaptive Ahri (100+ Rerolls) for the title xD
Always watching the stream on twitch but can't comment cause I can't receive the messages for the code D:
I asked chat GPT if this game was going to be a first or eighth after seeing your placements. Chat GPT said it will be a first place
