Fine, if don't believe me, here's proof. He showed up 45 minutes late (supposed to show up at 1:30pm, but arrived closer to 2:15pm), with a BS-y excuse of he was just talking to some fans. He spoke for half as long (30 minutes instead of an hour), and caused hiccup by going over into the original time of the next program, the Roost of Avatar Aang. I did see someone really similar looking to him in the audience beforehand, but I think the square red mark (like he just tore off a bandage) with at the center teethmarks on the left side of his neck had more to do with why he was late. The first question he was asked was why he chose to do a Bostonian accent for Sam Drake in UC4 where he slipped up and said well "Nate.. sorry, Nolan I get those two mixed up," causing the audience to laugh and him to explain that it's because Nolan North is from the East Coast, specifically Massachusetts. He bent his right knee up onto the table once for some reason after that. Another question was How he felt about getting to voice Booker and Joel (two popular well-received characters) in the same year. Your question was last and afterwards he mentioned another panel he was going to be at the same day, Saturday, June 4th, later in the evening where he was going to voice a character in their joke script reading of the original Ghostbusters movie with 3 other voice actors attending the Con including Nolan North, Hynden Walch and Maurice LaMarche. Also, this lady brought a child in a stroller who was upset and cried a few times, you hear it at 2:27. Yeah, I have a really good memory for certain things.

Anime Girl Amy Hi! Sorry I didn't reply to your comment sooner. Man, you do have quite the memory! (The wait time for this panel was so outrageous. I remember talking to staff and asking if they were just gonna cancel the whole thing.)
I don't have any additional footage of his panel. This is all I have. I bits of Nolan North's panel on my page, but that all I have for PHXCC 2016. Sorry to disappoint.

It's okay. Just curious. Thanks for responding. Yeah, the line was insane. I showed up 20 minutes early and barely got a seat in the back. Sitting for 1st 20 minutes was really nice (since I had been walking in a heavy layer costume for most of the day) but then got annoyed by long wait. Glad he eventually showed up though. Did you stay long after the panel ended? I thought I heard Baker mumble something strange afterwards.
