If I understand, you did all the steps in the video but it still does not create a file in your folder. Most likely your PC is set to PUBLIC network. If so, it will not work. Have to be on PRIVATE network. Search for "check private public network windows 10" and change to Private if needed.
I just want to configure a MF471 to put scanned documents in the Documents\Scanned folder and scanned pictures in the Pictures\Scanned Pictures folder.
