Carter Piekarski I’ve seen it done both ways, I did it the way the instructions said (was meant for a truck tho) so if I find it drains my battery then I’ll switch the two wires. Thanks for the comment tho.
You know the easiest way to do that just buy a cigarette lighter switch and plug is straight in, run the cable under the plastics. Then if you want to change it or remove it you’re not stuck with a switch
So what amps is that thing drawing? Do you think yr stator is a nuclear power source? That ain’t meant to be installed on a quad bike! FYI just swap yr power to have the switch operate when on! Good luck 😂😂😂
Hook, Line and Cheers I swapped the switch wiring the day after this video, and I just went on a 4 day ride and used it 3 nights in a row and had the machine sit overnight in freezing temps and it started right up. The new arctic cat I was with on the other hand didn’t appreciate the big light bar.
Smash that like button and subscribe if you haven't already and ill catch you guys in the next upload!
Is the grips Standard or mini
Good video. I would have fished the wires through the rack but that would mean rather heavy modding. Keep em' coming
Link to exact light bar and mounts please???
The light on the switch isn’t wired right. It should only turn red when it is on

Where did you get the light bar?
Do u know how I can stop my switch from lighting up it has three wires a black blue and white to the switch.
Swap two wires at a time where they connect to the switch until it’s right.
heck of a video buddy, only problem is if you could have made it darker and possibly at night time we might have seen nothing at all !
THIS SHOULD work on a 2013 foreman 500 right? They almost the same. My mom had a 420 4x4 lol
JakeRyall500 yes should be the same.
what size hole saw did you use for the switch
What light bar is that? It fits perfect
Why didn’t you just splice it into the blue wire for the full beans?
DeLaMan I wanted mine in a separate switch so I can be more selective.

How big is that light bar?
I'm not sure "light bar" does it justice. You're going to light up the horizon with that bad boy. Light...wing? Light bank? Light girder? ;)
lol I sure hope it's that bright! I haven't had a chance to test it out yet.
Good video but you could have just connected it with the headlight cable and they would have come on with the head lights

Yep, I wish they would. It was a Christmas gift.
That 2 foot light bar I had on my Honda it drained my battery a lot
Blakeoutdoors yeah, I’m gonna end up rewiring my switch so that red light won’t stay on and kill my batter...
