these days, most shops are all the same, shopping centres are mainly clothes stores, i use to get excited going to tandy or dicksmith (but they folded), only store i actually enjoy is probably JB HIFI, gadgets/music/movies/games/computers etc
i dont know if its because i was a kid, but westpoint blacktown was amazing, timezone, world4kids was a huge store back then, a huge food court i fondly remember, would get the agro cartoon connection icecream cones with the shaved chocolate sprinkled on with the smarties eyes. and then outside that nearby was a huge kmart or target, i think kmart, and had so much cool stuff, kmart today is just chinese cheap junk, back then everything was high quality, like selling skateboards, bikes, huge toy collection, now all these stores are garbage

Missing the Bahn MI in Sydney, moved back to Christchurch after 12 years in Sydney. I try explain it to my kiwi mates but they got no idea what a pork roll is. The new zealand Bahn mi is trash lol
@Kos I Can it's not the same aye the one in Sydney they use all the different cuts of pork and the pate, the yum salad etc. Someone needs to bring these to nz. The one I tried in chch uber eats was just a baguette with pork but not as good as the aus ones and it was $14 . . Damn $6.50? They gone up aye I can still remember them being $3 in cabramatta and Bankstown. It was my go to broke feed after blowing all my money at the pub haha. Mean Channel bro, subscribed! 😎 🇨🇰
