  • 'Gorkha Style' CHICKEN OFFAL RECIPE
    Ingredients:
    - Chicken Offal: 500 grams
    - Water: as needed
    - Garam Masala: 1 small packet
    - Turmeric Powder: 1 teaspoon
    - Salt: to taste
    - Mustard Oil: 30ml
    -Ginger garlic paste : 1 Tps
    - Onion: 1, finely chopped
    - Red Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon
    - Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder): 1 teaspoon
    - Coriander Powder: 1 teaspoon
    - Tomato: 1, chopped
    -Garlic
    Instructions:
    1. Clean the chicken offal thoroughly.
    2. Boil water in a pot and add garam masala, few pieces of Garlic, turmeric powder and salt to it.
    3. Once the water is boiling, add the chicken offal and cook for 15 minutes.
    4. If the offal is halfway cooked, remove it from the stove.
    5. Separate the offal from the water and set aside.
    6. Heat mustard oil in a pan.
    7. Add chopped onion to the hot oil and saute until golden brown.
    8. Add the boiled offal to the pan.
    9. Sprinkle red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and salt according to taste.
    10. Stir well and cook for a few minutes.
    11. Finally, add chopped tomato pieces and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
    Your Gorkha style chicken offal is ready to serve. Enjoy!
