Your allways lucky with the bikes you get ive allways loved watching your videos past and present great advice about all the bikes and what a lovely fleet.
Those bloomin rubber shank valves too! I prefer a threaded collar to keep it in place. Remember I’ll be replacing it with the correct inner tube as soon as possible.

It was not a good idea to install dry chain. I would spray chain lube or dip the chain in molten Grease & to adjust transmission cable there is a better way..😊
Of course I didn’t install a dry chain!😂😂😂. I didn’t even remove the brand new and oily chain! Were you watching the same video? As for gear adjustment, come back to me after doing it for 30 years and getting it right almost every time, then you can tell me I’m doing it wrong.

Great video thank you! And an answer to a curio I've had a while; why my wife's 50's Phillips cranks rotate when rolling the bike out 👍
Beautiful bicycle
Looks great !!
Thank you for an entertaining video. The bicycle is really lovely.
Lovely bicycle. I'd have to pull the front tyre round slightly to straighten that valve - pet hate of mine.

The 3 prong hex scanner you are using - curious as to the sizes of each arm

I was wondering how the back plates found on the chain guard near the rear sprockets are called, I have a 1957 Rudge-white orto and I am missing them
Rudge-whitworth sorry
I don’t know what they are called. I think I have some though. If you email me I will check.

Nice video and I'll try to come back and watch more. An hour is too long to watch at the moment.
