what I learned is that there is always something new around the corner. If you have the financial possibility go for it. Year and a half is a lot of time.
the issue is like the 4090 the price will be to the moon at first... then it drops cause shops cant sell... then it rises again at some point... so u still have to be patient for the price drop u may have to wait 6 month or more after release for good price drops or pay up to 1000€ extra to be a early bird
I think the point of the super was to beat the 7900xtx, then price match it, so they dropped it to 1000. The 4080 was slightly behind the 7900xtx, and now the super is slightly above the xtx. Just my theory
The only good Super Card this Year was the 4070 Super it has actually a Performance Boost and is now like a 4070ti but without 16gb vram a no go for me
Better 1% lows and temps on 4080 S (compared to standard 4080). Due to the lower temps could do with some OC then further boost performance. Not quite what i would expect from a Super model but...better than nothing.

@thesilentassassin1167 he mistaken esports games with AAA story single player games In esports games yea you need always the 100+ fps to get an advantage over other players But in story single player games its not 60fps is the perfect always Myself in rdr2 for example Always playing at 4k max settings and I'm using x4 msaa not taa I'm getting 54fps but it's enough The game look so real and amazing I don't want to ruin the visuals just for get much higher fps I can use ultra settings with taa and get 90fps at 4k But why ? It's a single player game and it's look x4 times more beautiful on max settings and the msaa x4 is so expensive for the fps but it's making it gorgeous Taa blurry that's why I'm not using it , However high end graphics cards is for enjoying the beauty of the games at maximum settings always without upscale too only use it if the game really really heavy like cyberpunk with path Tracing at 4k because you already will have 40fps or less on native so dlss quality really needed or if you an ex console player you can lock 30fps and enjoy Myself my eyes can't accept 30fps

Definitely 5090 for enthusiasts and for work.
The 5090 will be out at the end of this year, if you can wait it's not long. I wouldn't say the same if it were for a 5070, since these will not come out, initially, until the first quarter of 2025.
the super in 4080 super is like that flextape guy who had to rebrand something to sell more of the same thing
422 Wattz *-* Crazy
RTX5090 - "hold my beer"
3090 was the same tho
*More ray tracing cores and better upscaling power via DLSS in games. And for less money than the 4080? Yes, please.*
Some will spend thousands making a game look like real life, then spend years in the house away from real life.
well thats the point of life is it? to get away from the sucky real life.
What monitor your using
People are insulting the 4080s for getting just 1 fps more than the 4080, but do they know that it's 100 bucks less?
Can't the Super be OCd for extra gains? I did it to my 4070 ti Super and on the Far Cry 6 benchmark test I had a 28% improvement with that game's crappy RT enabled. I was not expecting that level of uplift.
It would've been nice if RTX 4080 was just 10-15% with the 4090, just like the 3080
I think the difference between the RTX 5080 and RTX 5090 will be even bigger.
@@nossy232323 Heard that 5090 will be two 5080's in chiplets. That's why it has 512 Bit bus. 2x 256 Bit.
@@club4ghz That'd be cool. Last time NVIDIA did that was with the GTX 690 which was two GTX 680.
But I don't think NVIDIA will go with a multi chiplet module... I think they are gonna stick with a monolithic die.
rtx4080 be like, we are same-same . same-same but different🤣🤣🤣
The super was just a price cut, the 4080 was 1200$ at launch and it never went down from that, by launching the 4080 Super nvidia brought down the price to 999$ , still too expensive but the idea was to make it more competitively priced.
For almost 2x the price, I half expected the 4090 to be at least 40 - 50% faster than the 4080 super. What's next? The 5090 gonna be 10% faster than the 5080 Ti super max pro and cost $3k more?
In saudi arabia rtx 4090 asus tuf oc will coast only 1600$ with vat, is it worth to buy now?
Yes I would buy now. Either new or used or open box. Unless if you need the power of the 5080 or the 5090 but the 4090 should be more then enough.
@@MrAnimescrazy It's New and i think 5080 will come less power and vram than 4090
@Faresm1233 I would buy the 4090 now if I were you. My pc is my profile picture and I have a 4090. It is more then enough for me but I will also upgrade to the 5090 later.
I’ll take 4080 Super, I don’t want to see big bright and smoky light with 4090
In my country 4080S is 15-25% more expensive that the ordinary 4080.
I bought a 4080S FE 960£ lol its 200£ cheaper then a normal 4080 worth it if u ask me 4090 600£ more but i also think its worth the money too
You know when you dream you're running and it's like running in syrup? That's how he runs in Starfield.
idk i got 0 income and its downright not right
supposedly huge corporation like youtube and intel know best abt this regard? arent their workers not get paid or smth
when is the 5000 series coming up? is it worth it waiting for that generation instead of upgrading today?
2025
depends on what you are playing on now, do you want to wait and yes, the 5th generation is just around the corner and it makes sense to wait, but again the question is price
what I learned is that there is always something new around the corner. If you have the financial possibility go for it. Year and a half is a lot of time.
june 2024
Yes a 5080 will beat a 4090 for less so I would wait
Can you do 7800 xt with a ryzen 5700x3d?
+
In India, 4080 super is more expensive -. -
In KZ too :)
im fighting the urge to upgrade my gpu but im waiting for the 5090
What are your current specs? I am also waiting for the 5090.
the issue is like the 4090 the price will be to the moon at first... then it drops cause shops cant sell... then it rises again at some point... so u still have to be patient for the price drop u may have to wait 6 month or more after release for good price drops or pay up to 1000€ extra to be a early bird
@@luxaly9510 waiting is no problem.
Yeah if it is same or just slightly higher priced than the current 4090 then I am getting that one also
lmao $2.5k for a GPU is crazy irresponsible. just go with quattro at this point cuz 40/5090 is a waste for games
I think the point of the super was to beat the 7900xtx, then price match it, so they dropped it to 1000. The 4080 was slightly behind the 7900xtx, and now the super is slightly above the xtx. Just my theory
We need 4060 ti super so bad. The fact that we need to spend >550$ to get a decent 4000 series card sickens me.
True!
The only good Super Card this Year was the 4070 Super it has actually a Performance Boost and is now like a 4070ti but without 16gb vram a no go for me
Just numbers, in game, you wont miss the 4090 over the 4080.
Need rtx 4080 ti super
With Turbo Cache.
Better 1% lows and temps on 4080 S (compared to standard 4080). Due to the lower temps could do with some OC then further boost performance. Not quite what i would expect from a Super model but...better than nothing.
No gap between both 4080. In fact Nvidia lowered the price, recovered all 4080's boxes and printed "Super" on them. Clever 🤣
wow hi whats cpu cooler i need this
4080 having 1 fps of 1% low more than 4080 super on Hogwarts Legacy …
Whoever made the 4080 Super must have also made the 4080
0:21
Seriously?
Testing the top 3 graphics cards on the world without maximum settings?!
That's really stupid
1:20 here too
Why you using dlss quality?!
Keep it on 4k native man
60 stable fps at 4k native on Alan wake 2 is flawless
Dlss drop the quality of the game
It's for mid range graphics cards
Not for 4090 and 4080 man !
Yeah I don’t get why he keeps testing super high end GPUs with DLSS resolution I don’t think anyone would play it like that with those GPUs
@thesilentassassin1167 he mistaken esports games with AAA story single player games
In esports games yea you need always the 100+ fps to get an advantage over other players
But in story single player games its not
60fps is the perfect always
Myself in rdr2 for example
Always playing at 4k max settings and I'm using x4 msaa not taa
I'm getting 54fps but it's enough
The game look so real and amazing I don't want to ruin the visuals just for get much higher fps
I can use ultra settings with taa and get 90fps at 4k
But why ?
It's a single player game and it's look x4 times more beautiful on max settings and the msaa x4 is so expensive for the fps but it's making it gorgeous
Taa blurry that's why I'm not using it ,
However high end graphics cards is for enjoying the beauty of the games at maximum settings always without upscale too only use it if the game really really heavy like cyberpunk with path Tracing at 4k because you already will have 40fps or less on native so dlss quality really needed or if you an ex console player you can lock 30fps and enjoy
Myself my eyes can't accept 30fps
Same here, I am ok with AAA single player game running at 50-60FPS stable if graphic are that good
@@GameRTmaster Alan Wake 2 drops to 30 fps or less at 4k native with pathtracing on the 4090, that's why he used dlss quality + frame gen. Same story in cyberpunk with pathtracing, it drops to the 20s at 4k native. You have no idea what you are talking about. And the point of this video was for comparison, so as long as the settings are the same on both cards, why does it matter ?
@dhaumya23gango75 that's impossible !
Look at the fps it's 80! Impossible for dlss to boost 50 fps !
The base or the native will get 60 fps or 50 at least on the 4090
I saw many reviews
This card is a beast even on path Tracing
just 30% faster for 80% more money.
law of diminishing returns google it and the card is not for pleb
Are this fps with dlss or whitout DLSS.
Nvidia took it too seriously with the 4090 💀💀💀

4090 in its own league.
for only 20fps more and twice the price is a waste of money.

@otakufedido49 ok so a high end pc nice. My pc is in my profile picture I went with my first all white high end pc with the gigabyte aero oc 4090/ 7800x3d/ 64 gigs of ddr5 in the white phanteks nv7 case. I deep clean my pc once a month. I would recommend you look at undervolting videos on the 13900k, replace the thermal paste, buy a contact frame for the cpu to help reduce the temperature, deep clean your pc inside and outside and if you need to take it all apart to deep clean do that, improve the cable management for better airflow, delete apps and games you are not using or don't need to free up space on your ssd, don't use Google Chrome unless if you need to and use opera gx and go to the settings for opera gx to make it more efficient, deep clean the area the pc is in whether it is your room or the living room etc., buy an air purifier to help reduce the amount of lint that gets in the pc. You might have to get a better and or bigger case for more airflow. Look at cleaning and replacing the thermal pads on the 4090. This is everything I could think of off of the top of my head to help improve temps.
@otakufedido49 Greg Salazar and a few other people on youtube clean pc's so you can see how they deep clean. I don't do what they do because that is a lot of extra work but I clean my pc with q tips, a makeup brush and glass cleaner. I will clean my pc this week when I am off of work.
20 fps for 750$
That is huuge in 4k
so 4080 is 1k and 4090 its almost 2k, for only 20fps+
cpu cooler name pls man
Rtx 4090 is 20fps higher in every title
Hogwarts is just badly optimized i think for all cards
this deserves a billion views
1 FPS = 200$

I wish 5060 will provide what 4090 give. Games are now too demanding.
It will. Just like the 4090 beats the 3090 and ti and 3080
I buy 4080s right now for 774$. If 5080 will have only 16gb vram and cost 999$ or more… i think i did well. If 5080 have 24gb for 999$ i think i did wrong…
5080 is going to be the better bet still
I really regret buying the 4080 super. Its powerful and everything but i honestly wish i stuck with 4070 super and saved close to 500. I had bought the 70 super and loved it but was so worried about the vram i returned it. After that i got the 4070 to super and it was a decent bump in performance but mostly i was happy i had 16gb vram just in case. I then thought i might as well spend 200 more and get the 4080 super it should be in the middle of the 4090. But nope its a 4080 almost exactly and most games its 1 to 3 fps better.
Now take these numbers and compare them to 4060 and 4070 😅
Glad I got the 4080 Super for MSRP in germany when it launched. The 4090 is just not worth the cost. Its barely 35% faster in best cases but costs basically twice what a 4080 Super costs..
It's not dedicated for gaming anyways, more towards AI/Machine Learning and such stuff and that's what makes it way expensive
Why didn't Nvidia release a 4090ti this time around? Will they do the same for the upcoming 5090 as well?
they had a 4090 ti in backup in case amd matched the 4090. it didn't.
Imagine: 4080s 11502Mhz, 4090 10502.😂 i overclocked my 3090 easy stable +2000mhz vram its crazy how good is ddr6x. But i stay 1500mhz.

Lo de la 4080 súper es un insulto, si Nvidia la cataloga como tal deberia haber una mejora al menos de un 8%. Por que lo unico super aqui es que vale 200 dolares menos.
Should get the rtx 4080 since the 4080 super is released people will buy the 4080 super instead so the price of the regular 4080 might drop a bit
