Ikaros is the rare Intamin skyjump drop tower at Grona Lund. This ride takes you 31 stories into the air. You get amazing views of Stockholm. Then the gondolas rotate 90 degrees so you're staring directly at the ground for the descent. This is similar to Falcon's Fury at Busch Gardens Tampa, but is it better? Find out in this review!

Totally agree that Fritt Fall had a better drop sensation than Ikaros, which actually felt rather tame to me. But tilting towards the ground and the visual presentation is awesome at Ikaros - definetely a must ride at Gröna Lund 😊
