I know everyone is super excited about the Player Housing... but man i completely lost it when i saw the new D.R.I.V.E. Mechanic!! You already know by next expansion all ground mounts will finally have dynamic riding! Super excited for this!
Imagine the dynamic riding in m+ zooming from boss to boss if its an outside dungeon and how well you can drift could helping with timing keys lol. Imagine watching the MDI and watching teams drifting whille gathering adds for massive pulls
i would LOVE a ground mount zone, there are so many mounts i love that i dont get to use. i hope we wont be pinned down to only 1 but if it is then riding on a trike is a good way to do it

Hopefully they don't introduce housing, and then deprecate (forget about it and render it obsolete) later on like Garrisons. WoW has a problem of not maintaining old content and usually scrapping it when the next expansion comes.
Blizzard putting effort into giving players safe non-combat spaces is the most dismissive move by them for any player that merely asks for them to make content balanced, specs balanced, and efforts to move the game away from requiring players to download an addon that tells them what buttons to press (Hekeli or whatever it's called). People are quitting.
I was entirely set on 3 x 3 raids with a sweet storyline and an epic klimax in the end á la Lich King. But I guess a random goblin city with drifting mounts as a major patch is cool too?

I wonder if there's a way I can randomly showcase my recent achievements inside my home. But I'm sure for the best buy deal for 90eur we can make that happen. Oh Blizzard is so good with hype. Good thing I've learned to not get hyped anymore before I see and experienced the actual deal. Because if history is any indication, they are going to fuck up this feature big time.
My only concern with the new ground mounting system is the actual controlling of the mount, like if it's close to even an arcade style racing game then it would actually require a gamepad, driving around with mouse and keyboard is really clunky
I fully believe the housing will just be us editing the player select screen, They might plan for something bigger but will fall back to something simpler. As for the whole Undermined thing, I dont get it, it doesnt make sense. Why would alliance be helping the goblins out like this. I am happy they are finally going to do something with the Troll/Elf creatures, seems they were just forgotten IDK. TBH Story seem to have been light to me. (yes ive completed all the quests in all zones) still feels light

If its not for you fine go and do a raid or dungeon over and over and over again, others will have mega fun just playing with their cozy house. Its something you do next to every other thing. Why are people still gatekeeping new exciting stuff you just have in the Game that doesnt hurt anyone?
Because it will give players another option of something to do. Looting new furniture, crafting new furniture and decorations. Doing raids and Dungeons to try and loot new things for your house. It's no different than transmog farming. It's just cosmetics and has no functionality, but people enjoy it.
I don't really like housing, I find it useless, but if some people are happy with it, I guess it's good. But from what I can see in the short video, it's not a house, it's more like a museum. Why the hell would I need to have 50 trophees in my house. I want a king size bed and naked chicks.

Unfortunately for me, all the new features were extremely boring. 1 - In my opinion Housing is the most useless and wasteful thing a game can have. 2 - The narrative of the expansion is getting lost, it doesn't offer any sense of danger and it feels disconnected. 3 - The change and focus on the new mount mechanics seems to be a complication of something that should be super simple. But this is all just my opinion and I hope I'm wrong, but I'm extremely frustrated with the near future of WOW.
