Ok this is my second video of your I’ve watched and I am SOOOO HAPPY you did the AC3 Tomahawk!!!! Your work always comes out amazing! You seem to be one of the people thinks to put relief holes for air bubbles and pressure to escape. I’m so glad I’ve found someone that I can learn how to make quality products from!

Well certain things like this can't be given away as it is a weapon and idk if there are some laws in Belgium that prevent him anyway. Also some things are made of more expensive materials Iike silver. He really only did giveaways as a method to grow his channel which means he doesn't need to do them anymore with his gained growth. I started watching him at around 500k subs
@@greedgod5827 yea but if he needs more views then or if he does it because of fans about giveaway and there are no restrictions on sending weapons which aren't even sharpened and strengthen if we try to use them they won't do much damage or they might break it might be metal still they can break if they are not immediately cooled and this guy doesn't cool them
just a question...why have you started making your casting in aluminium instead of brass? it doesnt change the fact that i still love both but i m just curious.😊
im sure it is due to aluminum being easier to get and cheaper...
its because brass is more brittle than aluminium which is less ideal to use when your trying to make custom items
Aluminium is easier to cast and has a lower melting point so it's easily manageable unlike brass
Point 1, it makes it look more realistic.
Point 2, it's a weapon, a weapon needs to be light weight.
Point 3, these weapons are always made out of aluminum.

One suggestion. To get rid of the 3D print layer lines in the cast, if you spray the 3D print with a filler primer then wet sand smooth prior to sand molding, the 3D print layer lines will not be in the casting.

The sand and betonite clay and water casting sand I make is no where close to the quality of sand you make.

I like the fine filtering up the casting material as the first layer is shaken out. I don't really know but I think that makes a difference.

I watch several metal casting channels and you are the only one the de-gases your aluminum. What is the reason and how do you do it
I know I comment on old videos, but you should do these things with Bronze! Aluminum and Copper are such soft metals. What you do is not easy work, I'd think Bronze would hold up much better!
Hey man small tip. Add registrations to your 3d prints so they can easily align to each other.

Have you ever accidentally broke a casting mould before? If so how did you feel after when you broke it?
