Have you ever lost a salmon, that just leave you with a clean cut line, that looks as if, it was cut with a sharp knife.? Happened to me once, the first fish ever on a new fluo carbon, because the water where I fished, had turned unnaturally clear, and I had seen, that I had a lot of followers 1-1.5(?) meters down. Never have used the stuff again - back to Drennan DS - a fantastic line/leader material.
