I'm not defending his behaviour at all! I'm just being objective. His immaturity is a defence mechanism! He's not a monster! He's just another victim of gossip and bullying!
I had a feeling the last guy complained about got so much surgery and treatments because he was bullied. Quite a few people who get bullied really harshly get lots of surgery.
I know looks is really important in Korea... but the last concern really makes me sad. If everyone does surgery to look like what they’re not, what’s the point? I strongly believe everyone is beautiful and should be embraced for who they are. The director is not even doing his job and trying to boost his self-esteem because of what people said of him. Looks aren’t everything, Korea. What’s inside matters too.
About the 3rd concern. This is really abuse of power on a general note. On a personal note I think he needs to see a counselor, I'm not sure if it's low self esteem or obsession with looks
For the second concern i think the couple are really in love with each other and they have a nice family. The man is a bit lazy about household chores though. Lol. He has to think about getting up for 10 minutes. He needs to snap out of it and help his wife

For the first concern he doesn't receive enough love from his parents. I think he got addicted to shin chan maybe because he want a family like shin chan. That's why he acted immaturely to grabs his mom attention. For him crayon shin chan is a way he escape reality. Since he got ostracized and lead to depression in his highschool day made it even worse. He cut ties with the outside world so he can't socialize with others properly. Thus make him depends on his mom a lot. He may look fine right now but in his heart he was broken and hurt. That's why he doesn't care about other people including his own family because *to him* no one really care about him. But in reality his mom really really love and care for him. I hope he will change.

If his grandparents had been more supportive and worked better at helping him to develop better coping skills he would not be in the place he is now. So basically if you want to get a facial treatment or plastic surgery but aren’t sure what to get he studies your skin type and facial structure and tells you what’s the best way to improve your skin or the kind of surgery you should get to improve your looks based off society’s standards.
