I'm still remember the day you got steal by sticky zombie and lost your saber in live, after that i recommended you to put Curse of Binding to your weapon but you have made a better choice by using Curse of Possession. I'm so happy that you still care and think it as one of the best enchant in RLCraft
I’m pretty sure curse of binding only works on armour and other wearable pieces. Curse of possession on the other hand works on tools. I think that’s why he used it.

i recommend using 2 weapons, maybe even a twohand combination. that way you can utilize all enchantments depending on the sitiation. maybe have like a single-target weapon and an aoe weapon.
Number 15: Swifter Slashes 3, the last thing you want in your swifter slashes Enchantment is for it to be nerfed from 4 to 3, but as it turns out, that might be what you get.

ive been messing around in the config files, and I enabled Meltdown X (Meltdown level 10) and it does massive damage even one shotting parasite mobs that hit u its so fun I wish it was actually in the default game.
2:51 I am not sure if disarmament works on mobs with items but the battle axe(not the spartan battle axe) disarmament do work on skeleton and wither skeletons which is the funniest thing seeing skeletons using their fist XD

You must have gotten confused when editing because the 2,4,6,5 one was the one that didn't use upgraded potentials (bottom left), and then the top right and top left ones BOTH used upgraded potentials, but the top left was the actual cheapest as it used a 2,4,6, upgraded potentials, 2,3 method, and the top right used a 2,4,6, upgraded potentials, 4,1 method (I got confused the first time I wrote this comment as well, so it makes complete sense that you got confused yourself). Also, you can put protection IV on a shield now 29:35?? That is awesome!

I'm sure you figured it out already, but for future readers of this comment, yes it still works. Ender pearls are a bit more scarce now it feels like, but if you can afford it this method still works.
I think they added a new enchantment called "soulbinding" (idk what it does) , if u enchant summoning staff ull have a chance to get the soulbinding as the first enchant

i think fortune should have been placed higher in the list since when u put it on a gamble pickaxe u can basically dupe blocks. So u basically have unlimited emerald blocks
The gamble pickaxe has low durability and can fail often though, but it still is useful with fortune IV on it for sure. You can get some free materials if you dupe like emerald blocks and have plenty of xp to keep repairing it

I would like to flex a bit, started rlcraft a week ago ofc died like 200 times already explored 4-5 villages and on 5th village found a cartographer who sells advanced mending lol, i assume its good cause normal mending is op already
Can you make a video on the best settings to increasing your FPS? When there's a lot of mobs or items, I find that your FPS drops a lot. (Even with good specs.) I have a Ryzen 7 2700X and a RTX 3080.

Yeah multi shot is what makes the switch bow good. Do you happen to know if infinity works with other arrows or just normal ones? I know you can make infinite other arrows with the switch bow and having them the furthest up in your inventory. Just wondering

hey so I just started playing the game (on the newest version 2.9.2) and I realized that the enchants are for some reason "unchanged" from the changes you've mentioned. For example, there is still swifter slashes V, and education is the one that is not compatible with looting (rather then adept). So im wondering if the changes to enchants you mentioned are reverted or what's going on?
Yeah, a lot of the enchantment changes were made for 2.9.1, but shivaxi reverted them for 2.9.2. I made that enchantment video in 2.9.0. Sorry for the confusion. That enchantment video for the most part is completely valid and recent for 2.9.2, but some of it may be a bit off if you play in 2.9.1. One change is the education and adept change you are right, but other than that, that top 30 enchantment video is just about current. Some multipliers of effects have been tweaked a bit, but none of the enchantments have been hard nerfed or buffed etc.

Hey casualty im looking into getting a gaming pc mainly for rlcraft//modded minecraft what specs do you recommend for running rlcraft with shaders? I have done quite the bit of research and cant find really anything on specs for modded minecraft with shaders
Fortunately it doesn't take a very strong pc to run rlcraft with highest quality everything and shaders. For me it all runs smoothly and i have just 16 GB of ram (I allocate 4-5GB of ram to rlcraft). I have an 11th gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700K. My graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti. I am sure you can run rlcraft fine using a level down or two of this without noticing any performance falloff, but I do not know the exact bare minimum that would work well. I usually don't recommend the bare minimum anyways though for Minecraft, as you will want to play other games too, and other games demand even stronger components when compared to Minecraft.

@@divinevortexxiv9770 I sadly do not know, as I also have a limited knowledge on parts compatibility. Usually all computer parts in the same generation, regardless of the developer, work together fine, but I sadly do not know what would be the best compatible part for that situation. An i7 may be a bit better than an i5 there since the other two parts are pretty solid, but an i5 should work. I usually look at prebuilt models with similar parts to see what components are inside those rigs and use that as a comparison for your own computer. Prebuilts often times are cheaper nowadays as well, as graphics cards are so expensive because of crypto mining and other stuff. Some prebuilts are super cheap though, as the graphics cards are made unable to be removed easily from the computer. Prebuilts like that may only last like 4-6 years since some parts would be hard to replace, but usually people just replace their own custom rigs anyways every 4-6 years. It is up to what you personally prefer at the end of the day, but prebuilts on like a black Friday sale tend to be the cheapest bet for a super solid computer in the current market. Good luck either way though!

Not much has changed, but rune piercing capabilities is a bit better than before and adept now stacks with adv looting, while education does not. Oh also swifter slashes now goes up to lv 5 again, which is nice.

@@donavonborchert3869 you need to use ring of the titans otherwise your damage is lowered by 25 or 50% by level of two-handed even if you use ankh charm ankh charm is still good for counteracting other debuffs though

I'm trying to create a good nunchaku build in Creative, but I'm having issues with Swifter Slashes III. I see the attack indicator cycling like crazy and hear a lot of TwupTwupTwup, but very few of those hits are actually coming through. Fiery Edge II alone seems to work fine. When I add Swifter Slashes III, it gets derpy again and actually lowers the dps. Why could that be?
It depends on the enemy from my testing. I am unsure exactly what causes the problem, but with fiery edge and swifter slashes, the dps against dragons and enemies of that type is higher, but against some other enemies it can be lower. Since the dps is the highest for lost cities enemies and dragons though, I still recommend combining the two
I have a small question, can fairy rings still be found in the overworld? I have searched quite a few sea doom dungeons and haven't gotten even a shulker box. So I was curious if the loot tables have changed.
yeah, JoppeBror and Onyxxed are correct. You can only the lost cities dimension now, but with luck magnification on your weapon 20:37 you will get better chance for good loot in the lost cities dimension as long as the weapon is in your main hand
I remember evasion having somekinda annoying thing about it back when i played over a year ago. I think it was a knockback or something. Is that no longer the case with evasion in 2.9?
The invisible helmet is made with an item in game called the "phantom thread" and you can buy this item from a villager in an Ice City structure, or you can make it with a phantom prism and some other misc materials such as string. You can find a phantom prism very rarely in end game dungeons such as lycanite dungeons. You have to place your armor in your crafting table alongside the phantom thread and then the armor will become invisible. This can be done with more than just the helmet. If you want your character to be wearing a completely invisible set of armor, you can, especially as the phantom thread can be used infinite times once you have one
When I died, I saw everything drop, but the weapon kept trying to force itself into the hotbar. When I clicked "respawn" and disappeared from there, my weapon disappeared with me.
Is smelting/smelter really worth having, considering the prospecting skill (which I don't know if and how it works with fortune) as well as smelting efficiency skill you could get up to 4 ingots from a single ore (if you get lucking with smelting eff)?
I like the bow a lot, but I have never made it in survival, so I have only tested with it. The damage is the highest for single target (for ranged weapons) and helps a lot against the lost cities dimension boss enemies like the overlord and dreadnaught, but for how difficult it is to make, I just use a switch bow and focus on getting strong melee weapons.
I actually made the bow (I already had the Scythe) and than I died and lost my Scythe. Now I wanted to grind for a new one but I got the core-piece for the Sentient Greataxe instead. Is there any downside for the axe?
@@katsuragivi3963 As far as I could tell, there was no difference between the axe and the scythe. The axe matches Golem armor aesthetically and the scythe matches dragon armor aesthetically, so they may just be cosmetic. If there is some invisible difference between the two, I haven't found it yet, but the damage the two do and the attack speed are seemingly identical. I have also been told you can find the living scythe and the living great axe in chests in the lost cities dimension with an incredibly low chance, so if you get a base, you may just want to make the stronger version, so you can skip crafting the pre-requisite version. I myself have never found a living scythe or living axe in a chest though
The phantom thread item. If you place the armor piece in a crafting table alongside the phantom thread the armor becomes invisible. I did this with my helmet
Why are a lot of my enchantments incompatible,for example I see you have infinity and advanced mending.Need some help because I've been trying to figure it out for a lot of time.
A lot of enchantments are incompatible simply because they do not stack with one another. Looting and Mending do not stack for example. However, advanced mending and advanced looting do stack. I do not understand exactly why this is, but if you cannot put on certain enchantments on an item when the enchantments normally should be able to be placed on, then one of the other enchantments on your item does not stack with the enchantment you are trying to place on your item.
It is better to have envenomed 100%, but the poison stone bauble does give the player's attacks a chance to poison opponents when you hit them, which can allow viper to work
I hate evasion, it ignores knockback resistance and makes you dodge away from an enemy. Makes you fall through floors and get launched into hordes if you're attacked from behind

(because swifter slashes is mutually exclusive to sweeping edge)

hey so I just started playing the game (on the newest version 2.9.2) and I realized that the enchants are for some reason "unchanged" from the changes you've mentioned. For example, there is still swifter slashes V, and education is the one that is not compatible with looting (rather then adept). So im wondering if the changes to enchants you mentioned are reverted or what's going on?
Yeah, a lot of the enchantment changes were made for 2.9.1, but shivaxi reverted them for 2.9.2. I made that enchantment video in 2.9.0. Sorry for the confusion. That enchantment video for the most part is completely valid and recent for 2.9.2, but some of it may be a bit off if you play in 2.9.1. One change is the education and adept change you are right, but other than that, that top 30 enchantment video is just about current. Some multipliers of effects have been tweaked a bit, but none of the enchantments have been hard nerfed or buffed etc.
i still got my rapier with amazing enchantments, for example swifter slashes 5, so is it still the same as in 2.8 or is it nerfed and i just see swifter slashes 5 instead of swifter slashes 3?
Hey casualty im looking into getting a gaming pc mainly for rlcraft//modded minecraft what specs do you recommend for running rlcraft with shaders? I have done quite the bit of research and cant find really anything on specs for modded minecraft with shaders
Fortunately it doesn't take a very strong pc to run rlcraft with highest quality everything and shaders. For me it all runs smoothly and i have just 16 GB of ram (I allocate 4-5GB of ram to rlcraft). I have an 11th gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700K. My graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti. I am sure you can run rlcraft fine using a level down or two of this without noticing any performance falloff, but I do not know the exact bare minimum that would work well. I usually don't recommend the bare minimum anyways though for Minecraft, as you will want to play other games too, and other games demand even stronger components when compared to Minecraft.

@@divinevortexxiv9770 I sadly do not know, as I also have a limited knowledge on parts compatibility. Usually all computer parts in the same generation, regardless of the developer, work together fine, but I sadly do not know what would be the best compatible part for that situation. An i7 may be a bit better than an i5 there since the other two parts are pretty solid, but an i5 should work. I usually look at prebuilt models with similar parts to see what components are inside those rigs and use that as a comparison for your own computer. Prebuilts often times are cheaper nowadays as well, as graphics cards are so expensive because of crypto mining and other stuff. Some prebuilts are super cheap though, as the graphics cards are made unable to be removed easily from the computer. Prebuilts like that may only last like 4-6 years since some parts would be hard to replace, but usually people just replace their own custom rigs anyways every 4-6 years. It is up to what you personally prefer at the end of the day, but prebuilts on like a black Friday sale tend to be the cheapest bet for a super solid computer in the current market. Not much has changed, but rune piercing capabilities is a bit better than before and adept now stacks with adv looting, while education does not. Oh also swifter slashes now goes up to lv 5 again, which is nice.

@@donavonborchert3869 you need to use ring of the titans otherwise your damage is lowered by 25 or 50% by level of two-handed even if you use ankh charm
ankh charm is still good for counteracting other debuffs though

I'm trying to create a good nunchaku build in Creative, but I'm having issues with Swifter Slashes III. I see the attack indicator cycling like crazy and hear a lot of TwupTwupTwup, but very few of those hits are actually coming through.
Fiery Edge II alone seems to work fine. When I add Swifter Slashes III, it gets derpy again and actually lowers the dps. Why could that be?
It depends on the enemy from my testing. I am unsure exactly what causes the problem, but with fiery edge and swifter slashes, the dps against dragons and enemies of that type is higher, but against some other enemies it can be lower. Since the dps is the highest for lost cities enemies and dragons though, I still recommend combining the two

Yes the loot tables have changed and the race rings can only be found in the Lost City dimension now.

yeah, JoppeBror and Onyxxed are correct. You can only the lost cities dimension now, but with luck magnification on your weapon 20:37 you will get better chance for good loot in the lost cities dimension as long as the weapon is in your main hand
I remember evasion having somekinda annoying thing about it back when i played over a year ago. I think it was a knockback or something. Is that no longer the case with evasion in 2.9?
It still has that annoying push thing, but it is only a problem when fighting like rahovart in phase 3 or when near the edge in the end

The invisible helmet is made with an item in game called the "phantom thread" and you can buy this item from a villager in an Ice City structure, or you can make it with a phantom prism and some other misc materials such as string. You can find a phantom prism very rarely in end game dungeons such as lycanite dungeons. You have to place your armor in your crafting table alongside the phantom thread and then the armor will become invisible. This can be done with more than just the helmet. If you want your character to be wearing a completely invisible set of armor, you can, especially as the phantom thread can be used infinite times once you have one

Curse of posesion dont make your weapon disaper. You just dont drop it. But if you die its fell on flor my armor and weapon got droped.
When I died, I saw everything drop, but the weapon kept trying to force itself into the hotbar. When I clicked "respawn" and disappeared from there, my weapon disappeared with me.

Is smelting/smelter really worth having, considering the prospecting skill (which I don't know if and how it works with fortune) as well as smelting efficiency skill you could get up to 4 ingots from a single ore (if you get lucking with smelting eff)?
What is your opinion on the Sentient Greatbow?
I like the bow a lot, but I have never made it in survival, so I have only tested with it. The damage is the highest for single target (for ranged weapons) and helps a lot against the lost cities dimension boss enemies like the overlord and dreadnaught, but for how difficult it is to make, I just use a switch bow and focus on getting strong melee weapons.
I actually made the bow (I already had the Scythe) and than I died and lost my Scythe. Now I wanted to grind for a new one but I got the core-piece for the Sentient Greataxe instead. Is there any downside for the axe?
@@katsuragivi3963 As far as I could tell, there was no difference between the axe and the scythe. The axe matches Golem armor aesthetically and the scythe matches dragon armor aesthetically, so they may just be cosmetic. If there is some invisible difference between the two, I haven't found it yet, but the damage the two do and the attack speed are seemingly identical. I have also been told you can find the living scythe and the living great axe in chests in the lost cities dimension with an incredibly low chance, so if you get a base, you may just want to make the stronger version, so you can skip crafting the pre-requisite version. I myself have never found a living scythe or living axe in a chest though

The phantom thread item. If you place the armor piece in a crafting table alongside the phantom thread the armor becomes invisible. I did this with my helmet
Why are a lot of my enchantments incompatible,for example I see you have infinity and advanced mending.Need some help because I've been trying to figure it out for a lot of time.
A lot of enchantments are incompatible simply because they do not stack with one another. Looting and Mending do not stack for example. However, advanced mending and advanced looting do stack. I do not understand exactly why this is, but if you cannot put on certain enchantments on an item when the enchantments normally should be able to be placed on, then one of the other enchantments on your item does not stack with the enchantment you are trying to place on your item.

It is better to have envenomed 100%, but the poison stone bauble does give the player's attacks a chance to poison opponents when you hit them, which can allow viper to work

I hate evasion, it ignores knockback resistance and makes you dodge away from an enemy. Makes you fall through floors and get launched into hordes if you're attacked from behind
you can turn off the physical dodge in the configuration, just getting the damage avoidance
