Love it my man! I coach a 9u baseball travel team and I teach this same sequence! It’s hard to get them to understand then process but the more we work the more they understand. Love watching your videos, it helps the interpretation to the kids for sure!
Great video as always. Ever since you started working with Baseballdoctor it’s been even more interesting. And yes I just subscribed to his channel. My question for today: when I (45, senior league Europe) look at my swing on video I’ve adjusted a lot thanks to bbdoc’s advice and drills. What I can’t seem to get out of my system is the bad habit of dropping my back hip. Maybe a little is ok, but mine is definitely too low and it causes a not quite perfect personal swing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated😊
Hey, I was wondering if you could do a video on recovering from injury, I just sprained my UCL, and ill be out for 4-5 months, and I'm having trouble knowing what to do, you think you could help me out?
The PVC Josh is using is up to about his chin so I’d assume that would work for all heights (just cut it to chin length). Maybe he’ll see this comment and hop in and give you a better answer. 👊😉

The PVC is 5ft long which is standard for all teenage and older players.
Cut accordingly for young players
What drills stop the arm bar habit
look up "net drill" on youtube
Maybe film his feet during "launch" lol
