- Day 2 of Matt's Off Road Games! Today we see some heavy wreck pulls (i get to ride in ol' blue and tow mater). Rory and I are teamed up against some other TH-camrs to compete on a rock trail in Sand Hollow! Rory drives up the chute backwards, which was a real crowd-pleaser. Each day gets better and better! I was so honored to be a part of this event. Thank you to everyone who helped in some way to make it possible.

Rory show everyone respect. Rory probably the best one out there to spot and teach someone with Matt being number two. I knew Rory was going to lay the buggy on its side to just show Laura how safe it is. He done it to a few others.

I’m also a long time subscriber of many off the off-road channels and Laura Farms. As soon as I heard I bought tickets and had my 60th birthday at the games. Was so fun. Laura is awesome and much taller than I thought.
Laura great job piloting Rory's buggy. All the other videos you were pretty darn busy MCing as well. Glad you and Grant were able to do this.
There is no better ambassador for farming women than Laura. She has poise, beauty, is very articulate, educated, fearsome, loves a challenge, smart and has a GREAT personality. Grant is one fortunate husband. It is obvious why she was invited to the games as she was the star attraction.

I watched a couple of your Laura Farms videos to get an idea of who you were. I was impressed. Rory, in my opinion, is one of the better 4 wheel rescue companies in the US. and you made him look really good. You did marvelous and I was really impressed with your ability to follow the instruction on some of the scariest obstacles at sand hollow. Great Job Laura, you farm 5 star performance.

I also suggested if you can, get paired up with Rory, cause he is one of the best out there. Then I heard the announcement you were going to be matched up together. I knew this was going to be youtube gold. Grant you have to be one proud husband to see your wife out there killing it. I am sure you wanted to be driving as well, but maybe next time. It was a hoot to watch you and Rory running the rocks and everything, especially to see the joy on your face. Almost like seeing a daughter running proud with her Dad. Thanks for signing up I kept looking for you on all the videos you are that special, and you have a great supporting, and I suspect a jealous husband watching you drive like you did. I'd bet you all get a buggy for yourself after this. I could see the smiles on his face when he was with Shawn in his buggy. KUDOS to you both!!
So glad you had such a blast at this event Laura. I was one of many that instantly thought of you when Matt asked for non off-roaders to take part, and added my suggestion to Matt’s comments. I knew you would take on the challenge with confidence and care as you always do. Of course I had no idea who you would be paired with, and when it was announced you were to be with Rory, it seemed like the dream team. And so it was. While some of the others were gung-ho and arguably more showy at times, you were the most professional and controlled that I saw. You quietly stole the show on the trail, but brought out the showman in you and Rory on the stage for the tie breaker.
I loved every minute. So glad you and Grant went along. You rock.

Laura, you were paired with one of the premier off-road drivers in the world and drove one of the most capable off road rigs in the world, but that would have been of no consequence if you had not had the ability and willingness to listen and respond even when every fiber in your being was saying “Nooooo!”. Your personality, your experience with farming and learning new things (along with excellent camera work by Grant), and your pairing with Rory made this one of your premier videos. Laura, you and made a fabulous team. I have watched Rory for three years now and he is an authority on offroad everything. Because of your being teamed up with Rory, I subscribed to your channel and now and binge watching your videos. I am sure the two of you will be friends for a very long time. It’s no wonder Laura made it look easy. A very capable machine, a good partner/spotter, and her ability to listen. On top of that her natural confidence of handling machines of all sizes allows her to make driving that machine look easy.

It may not have been your normal content type, and I suppose that may leave you wondering how it will be received by your audience. Well I can assure you I'm not the only one that loved the jump into parallel universe and the watch you have the chance to experience something many of us enjoy watching and meet so many other TH-camrs.

Not only do you slide into the event and crowd with ease, but I am noticing for the first time (after many years of following you) there was a closeup of your face! (Do you usually keep the camera far away?) Your eyes are truly spectacularly gorgeous! And I could see the fine detail in your hair: Another truly gorgeous attribute! I have noticed your great smile before, so that wasn't lost on me.

Laura and Grant have the biggest Yankum ropes you've ever seen. Big around as your arm! Her John Deere 9470RX has a draw bar pull of 53,760 lbs. Get that thing stuck with a cultivator behind it and you need a LOT of rope to rescue it.
Laura, you are an absolute natural at that. I also noticed how focused you were. It’s almost like that deer string into headlights thing but all that means is you were focused. You were listening to instructions and safety. You did well. I’m proud of you girl. You did a good job.
