It's a common phenomenon where our minds get caught up in a whirlwind of thoughts, worries, and analyses, making it hard to relax

    It’s Anwar kainth,
The discussion on the topic OVERTHINKING in episode 11 WasCOMPREHENSIVE, USEFUL AND REAL, but interruption by Miss Areez , during the arguments of Dr Shahbaz was not good, both should argue on their own terms, for heart touching & convincing discussion. however I congratulate you both, for delivering a valuable podcast to the community.

The podcast episode "Breaking the Cycle of Overthinking" emphasizes practical strategies to manage and reduce overthinking. As Dr. Khan discussed how overthinking can be exhausting and stressful and suggests redirecting attention away from repetitive thoughts as a way to disrupt the cycle.
Similarly, Dr. Khan also highlights the importance of understanding the psychological roots of overthinking and offers techniques such as seeking input from trusted sources, practising gratitude, and engaging in physical activities to manage it effectively.
Overall, both speakers guide very well that breaking the cycle of overthinking involves a combination of awareness, redirection of thoughts, and practical techniques to manage stress and anxiety.
Really love it.. keep it up..❤
