- Saturn to Home, Luke Slater's latest album as L.B. Dub Corp, plays like a homage to all the things that make dance music great, combining elements of classic house with influences from jazz, dub, techno, soul and beyond - all while incorporating Slater's own drumming for the first time. @@topofthemornintoya Well actually, people appreciate having someone that cares about sound at a party. Although I'm sure you DJ with the bass knob set to max for the whole night because you can't notice the difference.
LOL yeah I'm just watching this on an iPad hooked up to an old bluetooth JBL Xtreme speaker, and when I started playing the video, it actually sounded like the bass was clipping/distorting, but it's just his voice, and it's only turned half-way up. It was a really surprising rattling sound. I was thinking I must be crazy, or maybe there's something I accidentally set the speaker on making it vibrate. But he's got a lovely voice. I could fall asleep watching Bob Ross videos or this.
