Netflix removes all bonus scheme within the company, because they believe it limits flexibility and creativity of its staffs.
- Bonuses are bad.
- People only chase KPI
- People work for wrong reasons, money
- Especially at Netflix, when the job is creative base, you cannot possibly set metrics that measure creativity.
