What is it about the fire that attracts us so much? The sound, those lovely pops and crackles, or the movement of flames dancing, or is it the warmth of the colours, the oranges, yellow and reds? Bliss. Playing this on my iPad as small as it is, brings a feeling of hominess, of relaxation and a desire to cook.

This accidentally ended up at the bottom of a playlist of sleep hypnosis videos. It’s actually perfect. In the past, when I would wake up in the middle of the night, I would open a video of ocean sounds. Now, if I wake up, I hear this and drift back to sleep-after I get that drink of water. This also means video will get a view every single night.
