"If I had a rupee every time you told me to listen, I would own all of Hyrule by now" 🤣🤣
that was so hilarious 🤣 I was not expecting that
"Hey!". . . "LISTEN!"
Then why won’t you listen ???!?!?!!
Now only if Navi said, "well excuse me..."
@@darksynthphony2242shaddap!
Not going to lie, I'd watch this movie.
Going to lie, I wouldn't watch this movie.
I would watch it too
Most people would.
Just sold my mom in law to Chinese restaurant to get the very first theaters tickets.
No regrets, she doesn't even know what Triforce was, i mean..
Same!!!
I think that a movie studio should really consider doing a project in this style. Just going all in. This style combined with modern CGI techniques, camera angles, costume budget and quality.. would be absolutely insane.
I couldn't agree more!
@@shadowscp1391 I'm glad you see what I mean! Could be so dang cool.
Did movies back then even look in this style? Just like the 50's Metroid video on this channel I can't recall any from these eras that were even close
This might actually be better than if they made a modern Live Action Zelda movie. Especially if they doubled down on comedy.
@@TiredOx7536Movies? No. Video projects? Absolutely.
Right down to the 80's synth pop - totally radical!
Looks Like A 1986 Movie
@@paulodizon750looks badass.
No kidding, this is better than the movies from 2024 right now.
Not watching any movie is better than movies from 2024.
IJA scum
Labyrinth/Never Ending Story meets Zelda. I’d watch it in a heartbeat. 100% childhood reload.
Ghirahim kind of reminds me of Jareth the Goblin King. I mean, he's flamboyant as all get out, leads an army of small monsters, and has a really weird dance he does regarding his prisoner.
Ridley Scott's Legend is also pretty similar to Zelda in alot of aspects. I mean they both borrow from the same well so similarities are just bound to happen anyway
Link's joke about Navi was pretty funny, and I just realized that Link spoke... Perfect match for the voice too.
His face is so damn good, exactly how I imagined him to a T!
He sounds a bit like CDI Link
Read the manga he speaks there too ffs
He kinda sounds like Michael Jackson
Yeah I love how he sounds in the manga.@@dragonwarriorz1
Id pay good $$ to see a movie with this production with good writing.
GOOD WRITING!!!!! I swear, I don’t understand why I have to watch movies about jazz drumming just to get some decent character work. Why can’t popcorn movies be written well too?
@@justincase8533 80s' style cinema needs to come back.
This looks one million times better than the rings of power.
Agreed
That show lives rent free in your head. This has absolutely nothing to do with rings of power, yet you just had to bring it up.
@@snoopaloop7878 go incessantly complain and bleed red, white and blue somewhere else please and thank you.
@@Beregond1861 the irony of this comment.
@@Beregond1861Dude I don’t like that show by any stretch of the imagination, but do you not realize the very obvious irony of your statement.
0:10 is exactly how I picture live action link looking if they go for an older (late teens) version of him for the movie 🙌🏻
The way it it looks is like if Titanic and LotR had a baby.
They made him into one sexy beast that's for sure.
Can we all just agree that that was the most awesome audio track in the history of the known world!
Nah..
Was it also written and voiced by AI?
@@TiredOx7536That wouldn't undervalue the quality of the result neither, just the effort/time offered to the project in any case.
Return of the Synth, indeed.
These 80s style fantasy movies is hands down my favorite thing you’ve done on this channel. Well done.
Why can’t modern fantasy films just LOOK like this??? It’s a generated background, one way or the other.
I do yearn for physical sets, miniature castles, extravagant costumes, and beautiful painted backdrops again...
careful what you wish for! i'm sure major hollywood studios would love to do AI generated everything so they don't have to pay actors and expensive crew to build all the practical effects.
@@CreativeMindsAudiowhat practical effects. We nearly dont have them anymore.
@@alexbrown8900 exactly!
The greatest movie that we've never gotten. Well done.
Legend 1985 with Tom Cruise
"And the courage of a hero", it says, as Tingle walks on the screen. Love it.
This makes me so nostalgic for the 80's and 90's. Would love to see this made into a movie if ever it was possible.
Did Ridley Scott just cast Leonardo DiCaprio and go back to his Legend roots? This is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. Tell AI to finish the movie please.
Now I can say I need a life action Zelda Movie
Oh yeah. That‘d be great! Schould be a trilogy with the first part ending with Link attaining the Mastersword
@@GroppeljohannKlotenkempe-vr6oh yeah, if the movie were +13 or +18 (if we stay in the fallen hero time line) we'll have a great movie with an amazing story
There’s a live action movie being produced at this moment.
@@diosnelfrica590 I know, but Sony is the responsable of the movie, or I remember it
@@NeoM3T4LSonic no I think half of the funding is from Sony but they aren't on the production end.
I will still never understand why they never made a full fledged movie of Zelda, since it is arguably one of the greatest video game franchises of all time.
They haven't made a live-action Zelda movie because Nintendo knows if they gave the rights to make a film that USA would destroy it. Nintendo wants an honest accurate portrayal of their IP and not injecting identity politics or any messaging into it. They want to make a story about The Legend of Zelda. Not the legend of trans Link.
Because of the old, infamous Mario Bros movie that flopped real bad. But that may change thanks to the success of the new Mario movie. I doubt it will be live action though, if it ever gets made.
Sony and Nintendo are making one...with Avi Arad involved...God help us all
@@stream1entertainment The lore of Zelda is actually very messy. It's not a universe. Each game was only meant as a standalone. It would be hard to make Zelda into a good movie. It's a daunting prospect, too easy to make it bad and corny. I have a problem with film adaptations of books and history because "artistic license" changes all the most important things for no reason, but when it comes to Zelda, someone's going to HAVE to give it a lot of artistic license and basically reinvent the Zelda story from scratch, just borrowing elements and themes from the games. And that means a lot of people could hate it. There are some interesting film ideas I have, but I wouldn't want to touch Zelda with a 10-foot-pole. It CAN be done. But can it really? I'm not so sure.
I love your 1950's Zelda short, and this is amazing
Please turn this into a full length feature film. It would slap, unequivocally hard.
The AI is getting there. Give it 10 years and we can all request our own personal movies. Downloadable in 6 hours.
This would be the greatest movie of all time 😭👏🏽
One day AI will make the full movie and ill be back
I think a dedicated group with enough money could pull this off for real. The AI was a decent springboard, but I'd rather see the final product have that human touch.
Nah Hollywood is full of real humans and they failed so. Give the AI. It's chance now.
0:36 I was not prepared for one of my favourite genres to play synthwave/retrowave. Hopefully, this converts people. Want artist recommendations?
Yes please
@Beregond1861 VHS Dreams, NINA, Sunglasses Kid (Venice Beach and Night Swim are my favourite), Lost Years, The Midnight, LeBrock and of course Gunship. Coco by Siamese Youth is also a song I can listen on repeat.
Also if anyone of you are gamers check out Retrowave World, the game has tons of great songs.
@@joffa99m44 Thank you so much, and happy Friday!
@Beregond1861 your welcome mate, happy Friday!
Getting Legend vibes from this which is fitting because that movie always felt like a prequel to a Zelda game, or someone wanted to make a Zelda movie but couldn't get the rights.
💯 it was definitely used as inspiration for parts of OoT and Twilight Princess. The score by Tangerine Dream as well, including for this video. In fact, they could totally do music to a new Zelda game or movie considering they’ve contributed music to GTA 5 and possibly 6, but you know, Nintendo.
I'm getting the NeverEnding Story vibes
Part of the reason why The Legend of Zelda exists today is because of the movie Legend. It had Mia Sara, Tom Cruise and Tim Curry.
Curry was The Lord of Darkness, the villain of the movie. Cruise was Jack.
If you've seen Legend, you can see some things that may have been an inspiration for what you've played in the games.
Yes this means you are "seasoned" just like me. I just see a movie of my childhood here.
Legend is the closest we've ever got to a real life Zelda movie.
This is the best despiction of every character I have ever seen except mayyyybe Ganondorf. Make a movie out of this and I will pay handsomely!
These are always great, but this one is my favorite so far. Whoa!
Not gonna lie I would watch this! Reminds me of Labyrinth, The Neverending Story, and also The Dark Crystal!
i love this style. I think if you made a full movie like this you would most popular movie of all times.
This ought to be a TV series instead of a movie as there is such a deep storyline. I really hope they make a TV series!
oh my god !!! The Legend of Zelda is a must-see movie made from a god-level game. It’s awesome.
Epic story and look!
wow saria looks cool 1:17, tingle however looks creepy :p
I always felt that if someone is going to make an adaptation of something, the writer and director should be hardcore fans, or at least have super fans supervise the product itself, to make sure it is done properly.
No wonder Link goes through hell and high water for Zelda
“Well, EXCUSE ME PRINCESS!”
"Excuuuuse me, Princess."
Let's face it, that line would have been cherry on the cake at the end of this trailer.
This line needs to be established as canon in the game also
@@hartwarg3051 And don't forget legendary...
Link: Geez! It's sure is boring around here.
King: Mah Boy. This peace is what all true warriors strive for.
@@HautaAnteroI seriously tried to name my save file in OoT "LINKMAHBOI" but it was 1 character too long
@@HautaAntero I just watched that clip for the first time, and it was not the best delivery. The kind sounds like "this is the lesson of a story I read once". When I read it, I imagine the king sounding more humble, strong, and maybe even a bit sad, like a man who knows the price of peace. I think the King of Hyrule needs a story of his own.
@@bqmac43 Yeah, let's face it.
"Mah Boy" goes basically in same category as "You Tearing Me Apart Lisa!!" from The Room.
The girls in these AI trailers are always beyond beautiful. 🤯 How do these algorithms do that?!
That being said, I‘d pay good money to watch the whole thing. This movie looks really promising and even the audio fits perfectly!
They just feed the model with the most highly rated and/or often clicked images so the results are bound to resemble every teenage boy's wet fantasies.
I think the sheer fact how well it captures the proportions, features etc. of what is considered the Western canon of beauty is the testament to just how much of this stuff floats around the net, compared to everything else.
Wait so this is AI generated? The title sets you up to think this was an actual trailer.
Holy crap this is great AI. The future is going to be amazing.
The zoras are nightmare fueled
“Well, excuuuuuuuuuse me, Princess!” 😜
Was looking specifically for this comment! 😂
I would totally go see this movie. The look, the sounds, everything just screams 80's Fantasy like Willow, The Never Ending Story or even The Princess Bride.
god i hope they bring this style back for one epic movie
Aaannd what do ya wanna bet this is 100x better than the eventual Zelda movie we'll get?
if only actresses & actors looked like this fr
I hate how good this looks. As someone who has long wanted to see a live action Legend of Zelda, this left me wanting more, which I really don't want to admit given that it was made by A.I. At the very least, this could empower low budget filmmakers to help clarify their vision with concept trailers.
As great as these are , it just makes me sad that Hollywood will never give us any of these .
Looks like Neverending Story, I like it
Didn’t know we needed a Legend of Zelda movie until now, I would totally watch this!
Dude this aesthetic is dope. Everything should be made like this again.
It feels like this is from an alternative reality where they took "game to movies" seriously about 30-35 years earlier than our reality.
It nails the 80's ness so perfectly, i feel like i've watched it before already!
We were robbed! This should have been made
It should have been made before the game?
I remember seeing this in the theater. Such a perfect segue to the intro of Neverending Story.
Amazing job! You can really see the improvement!
The first AI-Generated video I didn't roll my eyes at. Good job, things are changing fast...
I remember saying years ago that if they were to ever make a live action Zelda movie, I'd like to see it hearken back to the era of 80s fantasy. The dream-like, nostalgic quality of it would be just perfect. Also, it lends itself to some more mature themes than say, the Mario movie, while still being being imaginative and visually interesting and overall kid friendly.
I'd watch this movie. It's the perfect atmosphere for a Zelda movie.
A modern movie with dark and grit. Sold!
It's like Zelda had a baby with the movie, Legend.
Just discovered this channel a couple days ago (Thanks, YT algorithm). This channel is AMAZING! I'm binge-watching...
I'll watch any version that Abandoned Films brings out 💯
This would be my new bedtime movie . Please god bring a little bit of the 80s back
Imagine if they made these movies just in this style of format, there would be a huge market for it. This is the future!
Man if the actual movie is at least 40% like this, it would be good.
I'm in. Someone needs to make this feature length. 😂
This actually looks kind of cool. I don't know if this would be the style that the official live-action movie would go for, but if this was a real thing, I would have totally watched it! It's definitely got a 1980s feel to it, and I love 1980s fantasy films!
Damn this is some great stuff.
A flute? A FLUTE? Link doesn’t play a FLUTE! Tingle always freaked me out. Now I’m going to have nightmares about him. Thanks!
Pretty good. This could have sizzled a lot harder if we saw some action scenes of Link fighting, especially if the retro synthwave drops just as it happens.
This has such a magical feeling to it. Are any movies made like this/in this style today? Every modern fantasy movie just seems so... modern to me. They don't have charm like this.
We truly need this asthethic to come back to movies is so good
I would 100% watch this and then buy it when it's released on VHS.
A dark fantasy version is exactly what I would hope for since I was a kid if they ever made a movie from the games.
If the AI can make these trailers, can't it just make the whole movie? Why am I still being fed unending Marvel slop?
Each clip in this trailer takes 20 failed attempts-and it’s little more than minor movements and camera panning / zooming. Long shots and action are not ready yet. Character consistency is hard.
@@dovekie3437 what needs to be done is to use AI as a storyboard and then get real actors to do the scenes
I've seen countless teases of a zelda movie, and everyone wants it. It's a shame no one has made it yet.
Just as Link intended. It'll be a 3.5 hour long masterpiece that includes the ONLY dialogue in the entire movie by Navi. Yes, 3.5 hours of "Hey, listen!" and only actors brooding and preening at each other.
I would 100% watch this many times. We need feature length fan films. The are so many great fan made trailers it’s upsetting we’ll never get to see them made lol ❤
After all, "Legend" by Ridley Scott was a big inspiration for TLOZ back in the 80's. This style is perfect for a live action Zelda movie, I think it's definitely better than the Ghibli style.
Mam i loved this. I was really really hoping that when the music kicked in you would have blended the main theme in the synth format. Holy hell that would have been amazing. Still, great job and one of the best i seen so far.
LOZ already has this movie.
Its called "Legend." And its one of the primary influences of Zelda. Check it out.
If I had a rupee for every time you said hey listen, I'd own Hyrule by now. That's a good one lol. 😂 Ai has been getting better recently. Can't wait until people can make full movies.
Honestly with professional voice talent this AI film would rock as an actual movie.
The only channel that knows how movies were made a long time ago…
Duuuuude, that was sick
Dude, that looks awesome! Wish it was a real movie
This has more feeling to it then all latest movie trailers I have seen. It looks good and I would pay to see this
OMG that is so amazing and I do need to see the full version in theater. Whoever is behind these AI films needs to really make this full length and in theaters. I guarantee it will blow the box office to levels that could never be beat. 💜💜🙏🙏🥰🥰
"HEY ! listen !"
These look better than anything that has come out of Hollywood in twenty years.
Beautiful
Zelda Movie 86
This looks way too good to be an 80's fantasy movie.
I was thinking the closet comparison would be the movie Legend when seeing some of scenes, maybe the AI pulled some ideas from that movie.
Labyrinth was excellent tho
This is the Nintendo movie that I wanted as a kid in the 1980s.
This is what I've been expected for 30 years
Ganon looks like a Terminator 😂
Of course Tingle is pure nightmare fuel haha.
Link's voice is perfect!
I love that Link talked back to Navi that way.
been waiting since the 90s for a movie like that
