    As Haitian thank you 🙏🏾
For bringing our main dish to your kitchen, I approve one small note since you use beef 🥩 instead of pork it wouldn’t be griot, it would be Tasso. ❤❤❤❤

I agree. She did amazing ! And yes, what she cooked us was also a Haitian traditional meal Tasso Bèf.
      Fried pork: Griot
      Fried beef: Tasso bèf
      Fried goat: Tasso Kabrit

Nice work, adding sour oranges to the vinegar and limes also is important. Pork can have an odor to it, so cleaning with extra lime, sour organes and vinegar is important. Another thing, boil water to clean the pork, yes you can rinse, but boil water and pour over pork, removes scent and starts to soften the meat, then season. Your seasoning was on point, and the epis can stand to be a bit more solid, nice job overall.

The minute I read the title for this video, I knew I hadda watch it 😂😂 and yess you did that Haitian dish soo mouthwatering!! I like that you did everything from blending the season for the meat, to adding the peas in the rice 😂😂💐💐💐. And your husband is a smart man adding more rice to the plate 😂🔥🔥
