Hamare yahan (east part of UP) mein isko 'rickwach' bolte hai.. Same recipe hoti hai and same tareeko se khate hain, steamed, fried, sabzi bana ke. Infact, barish ke mausam mein hum inki stems ko bhi sabzi banate hain... The stems are known as 'Pulla' in local language and are very tasty.
