I also want to add that CASA is truly a saving grace in Texas. They aren't perfect, they are just regular people volunteering their time but so appreciated and fulfill and incredible need in many children's lives. I worked for CASA in another state a few years ago. It's very fulfilling but can be emotionally draining if you aren't able to maintain balance. It's also difficult to not become cynical. If you have any interest in participating in supporting children in the system, I would encourage you to participate with CASA. They have many, varied needs (donations of items, time and money) and it's so rewarding. I have found then to be a wonderful group of individuals from all walks of life. They have a wonderful training system and then support system and you will gain life long friends.
Hey, thanks for the suggestion. My kiddos are 21, 14 and 12. I'm looking for something to fill my time in between school for myself and whatever free time I have whenever my kiddos are busy doing their own things lol. I'm only 37, I've got A LOT of life left in me so giving back, especially after having gone through my own circumstances throughout my childhood, is a wonderful idea! Thank you for sharing your experiences, it's inspiring!
Kids losing possessions seems common my son here in uk worked for an agency took a boy to visit over 150 miles for weeks holiday with parents half way back to his base in East Midlands he was called told kid being moved to north west he’d no idea why then told he’d be meeting a carer with boys belongings in a bin bag in a food services car park in midlands ! My son arrived back at his base lost his temper with people who’d authorised this and resigned immediately I’ve never seen him so mad
I think I did a time travel, and I'm working on improving my notebook updates lol. Sometimes I see bits and pieces when I'm recording, and think I've done a video, and sometimes it's the other way around. I wanted to be safe and make sure I didn't miss this update if I had not included it in that other video. I cover too many courts lol.
I remember they had a hearing not long before this one and there had been mention of an investigation at the placement. She was on a visit I believe, and had to be moved immediately and didn't get to go back there. So I guess they moved her and left things behind. I can't remember all the details but there were safety issues.

Mom Mikayla needs intensive rehab, not another FBSS case. Three cases in two years is ridiculous.
Wow 14 days to get her shit back. Glad they did that
3:56 yeah definite repeat🤷🏼♂️ happens

Will you be uploading the second part of an earlier Falkenberg hearing involving mother T Bushman?
I'll be following for sure. I'm not a hundred percent that the next hearing is in a streamed docket but I sure hope so
I remember hearing about her lost items. I think this is a follow up.
