Thank you for this. There are people on YT and TikTok (including Churches) lying to people about this & telling them they can set them up for this.
So to start a church with a designation of a 508(c)(1)(a), since you don't have to apply with a 1023, do you just file for a 501c3 and then go about your business since you dont have to tell them you are a church?
