a lot of plastic surgeons actually do refuse to operate on people who've had too much surgery. the problem is this isnt a regulation or law, it's down to the morality of the surgeon, just like it's often down to the morality of the bartender. in the case of many surgeons they are also worried about getting sued probably if they were to operate on someone whose face cannot take any more surgery (otoh you have to sign a lot of waivers before surgeries) the other thing is that people dont just go to certain foreign countries because the surgery is cheaper there, but often because the doctors there just dont care at all and theres even LESS regulation and no legal risk for if the surgery goes wrong.
6:38 a photo shoot with traditional Turkish clothes and furniture, Chinese music and plastic surgery to “look Korean” wow how does this person manage to offend so many people at once-?
At this rate, I'm actually concerned about them. I'm scared that they might turn out to be like Hang Mioku, who had a really tragic story about how she was addicted to plastic surgery, went broke, and then started injecting cement and silicone into her face, because she thought that doing so will make her more beautiful. Hopefully they don't turn out like her, and get some sense knocked into their brain.
Cement?? I’m pretty sure it was black market silicone and cooking oil since she was obsessed with getting soft skin? I could be wrong tho, it’s awful either way!
@@anaismaiii i had actually read somewhere that she also put cement because it was cheap and was available in bulk. either way, it wasn't good for her.
I agree, it really feels like they are struggling with a severe case of body dysmorphia. I hope they can get help before they destroy their body with unnecessary surgeries.
asian living in asia here, i actually cried once when i opened their tweet of "coming out" as transkorean or wtv because it was too frustrating. of course not all on it's own, i was reminded of people bullying me for my facial features and then there was oli cosplaying it with his huge stack of money that could've been donated.
Weirdly enough reading your comment made me realize that's how I feel about most of modern (famous) drag queens as a woman put into words I couldn't find for my discomfort. Thank you for that and for sharing.
@@mordecaiissad8529 Theres a big difference between putting a fuck ton of makeup on and medically changing your entire face to resemble an entire different culture and race you aren’t even slightly connected to.

Shame on all the doctors that keep doing surgery on Oli. They need therapy to get to the root of their dysmorphia instead of being sliced open every time they see someone they think is pretty.
@@ViralVibes_01 turkey is known for good but cheap plastic surgery so a lot of people go there, similar how a lot of people go to Korea for it, so I'm assuming a big part of the decision was money.
@@aseeq3 it's the doctors decision if the procedure is in the best interest of the patient, the basic principle is "do no harm" at this point it's very strange any doctor would consider this being good for them. Women get refused when they ask for having their tubes tied all the time because the doctors don't consider it in their best interest cause they might change their minds about having kids at some point, but changing your face 5 times is perfectly fine? Bull, it's just shitty morals of doctors in the plastic surgery industry.
Bro. (Usagi is a man’s name, right?) I am transitioning and when I first got to the actual clinic, I was shocked at how easy it really is. The doctors are afraid people would call them transphobic or say they’re racist or ableist or whatever. I went to consult over top surgery, and the doc said: by the time you get that surgery you’ll be on hormones for six months, so that you’re already better as soon as possible. Like, she pushed hormones on me! So that I won’t perceive her as a bigot or whatever. Doctors are scared to say anything, and some are even pushing unnecessary unwanted treatment on patients… all so that they don’t get fired from their job and stuff.
You’re really trying to blame the doctors for just making a paycheck? They aren’t manipulating this guy to do anything. He’s just an attention whore that’s wiling too mutilate his face to get into headlines. He’s a troll.

To the degree that Oli London is a troll, and I think they're perfectly aware of the trollyness of their content, their entire online identity mocks aspects of nonwhite cultures: It's not harmful, it's racist 🤡

Hi, I'm a transwoman who went through with Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) and what you say is true; Oily is making it seem like this is something you just casually do. But it's really not, after the forehead shaving, chances are you'll have a bit of bone in your eyes that scratches the shit out of it and it hurts like hell. Not only that, it also feels like someone is constantly pulling on your hair because of the lowering for the hairline.. They make it seem easy and not a big deal; but you can definitely lose feeling in parts of your face. I had my chin and jawline done, and they do that by making an incision in your gums, and then pulling your lip down over your chin, I have lost feeling in my chin at a specific place because of it. After 3 days you're still not able to eat; as you said; you're forced to eat liquids for a week or 2. Swelling won't go away for over up to 12 months; so they can be happy now but the changes they'll face might change that. Oily also skipped the part where your WHOLE HEAD swells up like a helium balloon and make you want to die. But you know, everything for the views. Also just a general FYI: The surgeon would've never told Oily that they'd look more Asian or make them more Asian or whatever. It is literally a feminization of the features you had before; so Oily's talking some major bullshit. :-) All this did was make their features more feminine. As they requested. ✌🏻
Honestly, I wish people did talk more about the negatives of plastic surgery of any kind. Sure, we talk about when it goes too far, but we don't talk enough about the risk and pain involved in almost any procedure. Especially when people go abroad ro less regulated places ro have it done. The conversation shouldn't be "I feel more confident in my body. That was great. Other people should totally do this, in fact i might do it again if i feel like it." The conversation should be "I may feel more confident in my body, but I went through a lot to get it like this. This is what you need to know if your gonna go ahead with it so you can make an informed desision"
Imagine if Oli actually loved and appreciated Korean culture and used all the money they spent on plastic surgery to move to Korea, learn the language and actually experience the culture they claims to love so much 🙃 I checked their BP "cover" and it took me the whole first verse to figure out Oli is actually singing in Korean. It's been YEARS since they started to claim they learn Korean, how come there is no improvement? I'd call it a skill 🤣
Sometimes you don't have to go through surgery to be a Korean citizen. Sure, it would be difficult and take a lot of time, but it gives a lot to learn about one or more culture and if he cared about Korean culture, he would think it would be worth it to be "Korean." And I not saying make his eyes almond shaped and giving a self destruction form of racist face paint.
Ironically they'd be way more korean with no surgery but perfect language and actual interest in the country and culture and society beyond the aesthetic. No country asks for eyelid surgery to grant nationality.
I would love to live in an alternate universe where Oli instead of being this monster was a educated and respected travel blogger that explores Korea and it's culture.
@@verybarebones My brother lived in Japan for 6 years (longer than when Oli lived in Korea) and he can speak the language pretty well, he knows a lot more of the history and culture than what he did before, and just overall loves the country for how much is there and how much he learned. If it were his choice, he would've probably stayed in Japan, but he had a family in America and he hadn't seen for quite a while and just wanted to see them including me; but even if he could, he wouldn't go through surgery to make himself Japanese or anything like that, and he could try to be a citizen there, despite it takes a lot of time and he has to renounce his American citizenship, so he really can't, but long story-short, he shows actual appreciation for that culture than someone who thinks having your jaw almost fall off makes you that ethnicity.
Oli's face is going to crumble within the next 2 years. Good lord, how many surgeries have they done? Every new surgery is "the final transformation." They must be stopped.
Fr this guy must be put in a mental institution at this point, I don't understand why people are allowed to go this far with literal medical procedures.
Like everyone else who’s done this, they will regret is when they’re unable to get surgery because the bones and cartilage are too compromised and the tissue will start to die and they will be left with a giant gaping hole as a face. They will be left incredibly more depressed and insecure than they ever were before. It’s really sad to see. We’ve seen others go through this process and it never ends well.
@@fatisummer9106 plastic sugeons have their place in medicine especially when it comes to say burn survivors or similar issues the problem comes when people with severe mental disorders surrounding their appearance aren't given proper help and resort to flying to countries with lax plastic surgery laws once their country of origin begins to prevent their addiction with no help offered to prevent their disorder from progressing
I understand that plastic surgeons are also responsible for letting people know the consequences of their actions, as well as Oli being possibly mentally ill, but he’s doing this to himself without thinking of these long term consequences. He is an adult, and he can either get himself help by listening to the critics, or he can continue on his way. I, as an Asian person, find this absolutely disgusting and insulting, but it’s his choice. If he wants to destroy his face and bones and facial structure, go ahead, I hate it, but it’s his life.

"It's brought the colour out in my eyes" Uhhhhh… I'm reminded of the time during high school when a friend had surgery to correct her strabismus/"lazy eye". The first day she was back in class, our science teacher tried to pull authority on the "no sunglasses in class!" rule. "Okay," my friend said, shrugging as she took off the sunglasses. "Happy to comply" as she smiled broadly while making direct eye contact with him with her eyes that now had blood-red sclera (her eyes were naturally green, for extra contrast). The teacher made awkward noises and then said "please put those back on if it's more comfortable for you." "Oh, no," she said with a smile. "I'm perfectly comfortable." As I remember, she made it a point to make eye contact with him for the rest of the class period. I feel like if I were a better and more compassionate person I'd feel sorrier for OL, but all I feel is "please don't".
love that malicious compliance lol. but i wouldn't feel any compassion. there's clearly attention-seeking behavior and they need help. i don't feel pity because there's no such thing as bad publicity.
They needs therapy for real now, I’m actually worried Ollie might end up dying. Anyone in here that interacts with them on social media, please stop. Ollie is just not stopping.
I think even if social media abandoned them, they have a RL circle of enablers that would probably be more than enough to keep them motivated to keep doing this to themselves. imagine being willing to help kill somebody for a small taste of their D+ level clout...
"Anyone here that interacts with them on socials" I hope you consider the fact people with bad intentions would form a strong hugbox around this person and exasperate their mental illnesse(s)
They're doing it for attention. They know what exactly they're doing so we can't stop them no matter what. Millions of people are telling them to stop but they refuse to. It's a lost case.

I’ve watched videos from Rachel and Jun and they visited a kimono maker who said ‘I’m very happy for westerners to wear kimono! Let them buy kimono and wear them and show how beautiful Japanese culture is’ This is not what is happening with this ‘London’ situation 🤦🏻♀️ Edit: Rachel and Jun, for those that don’t know are TH-camrs who live in Fukuoka Japan. Jun is Japanese and Rachel is American. They have filmed a fantastic series where they travelled all over Japan meeting artisans of Japan’s oldest trades. Brilliant 🥰
There’s another TH-camr whose name escapes me at the moment, but he has many videos out. I think he started in the travel/tourism business so a lot of them are “ways to enjoy your visit” and “five things not to do in a sushi restaurant.” He’s done many videos on kimono and invited experts on, and the consensus seems to be that if you want to come and visit, you can rent a kimono, which many Japanese people do for special occasions anyway, and have your makeup done and pose for pictures and most people don’t have a problem with it.
Aghh, Oli is so painful to watch. My dad was Korean and my mom is not, so it is a real struggle for me as a mixed-race baby to identify myself as Korean since I grew up in Europe having more European appearance compared to my siblings and cousins and knew Korean culture very briefly. And I feel kinda offended when a person who doesn't have Korean ancestors claims himself as Korean makin all these excuses and offending the entire nation. He does look a lot like AH and not because of his plastic surgeries but because he is also ready to do everything for people to see him as a member of a group he for real doesn't belong to.
i feel you. i personally am white, but i have mixed Vietnamese cousins. one of them has naturally black hair, and the other has naturally red hair. the one who has black hair is always recognized as asian, but the one with red hair has told me before that he believes most people just see him as white until they see his family. it’s really strange how just one typically eurocentric feature can cause a person to be racialized so differently.
Ah I relate to this... My mom is as white as white can get, and my dad is from Turkmenistan. My sister looks more like my mom, I look more like my dad. Because my dad isn't around and people see my family, they think of me as white. But I don't think I can consider myself wasian either (lol) because wasian is usually white+ East Asian so I usually categorize myself as multiracial. So in conclusion, I'm too white to be Asian and too Asian to be white.
I swear plastic surgeons should have some kind of morale standard or regulation to make sure people addicted to surgery are barred from further operations.
Where does that end? Do ABC stores have a duty to stop people from buying alcohol too much? How about gas stations need to stop people from buying too many cigarettes'? You go down that road and it just leads to authoritarianism which will be abused to control and oppress people. Freedom is ALWAYS the answer.
@@katelady1370 I mean it isn't that odd. Like before people can be allowed to have gender reassignment surgery, they have to go get it approved after a mental evaluation. I swear some of these surgeries are more intensive than a gender reassignment surgery. So what's the difference? We just need to make sure people are sound of mind before approving dangerous surgeries that can kill them.
Where I’m at they refused to do my first surgery because they weren’t comfortable with it, all I asked for was a breast reduction/ top surgery(whichever insurance was willing to cover at that point). It seems like oli is going to countries with less restrictive laws around surgery to get these procedures, with less restrictive laws it could also be incredibly dangerous for them. I still can’t get anything done for myself and have to save my own money since I won’t get coverage :(
The point about being a white person who appreciates another culture instead of trying to claim a different ethnic identity is well stated. Just liking Korean stuff doesn't make you Korean. And being Korean doesn't mean that you must love all Korean stuff. Im a white American and there's a ton of stuff that I dislike or outright hate about my culture and try my best to change. I think that's the really insulting part of all of this: Oli seems to be saying that being a Korean person is all just eating bulgogi, sitting in cafes and listening to K-Pop. It's just fun and kawai. Like Korea doesn't have its own problems and issues. Like its not a real country at all. Just a giant Lotte World.
Yes not to mention that Oli and people like him surely make comments to people who don't act or look like the ethic they say they are. I have a latina friend who was criticized for not acting like a real latina (she supposedly ate tacos at every meal and watched novella TV instead of anime or what?). Another friend is mixed and people sometimes accuse her of being a white girl who does cultural appropriation (it's not a case of I took an ancestor's test that says I'm 2% Latina, it's a case of my father is Latino, my mother is white and I inherited her red hair).
@@Lili-ib2rh Hadn't thought of that, but you're right. I remember Trisha Paytas once told Ethan Klein that he didn't know anything about anti-semitisim because he was an American Jew and not Israeli.

Short of that, He’s not considered Korean by anyone other than himself edited to add: He will be considered Korean and by others who accept his identification.
The interviewer actually put I really well when saying you can't help other people by centering yourself. Ollie wants to pretend that by doing what they do, they let other people benefit from their privilege and that's not how it works when the only person really benefiting from their actions is themselves.
To all asian people here, we know you don't look like this, we know you look beautiful as hell ❤️ Idk how someone can really believe that it's possible to change race, that's complete bs. Let's just share our cultures with each other and live happily and respectfully together
As an asian from the Philippines, I know my fellow people are avid fans of other countries like korea to the point that we feel happy to be recognized by them. But when Oli recognizes us I get migraine. Also despite us enjoying other cultures, we're Proud to be Pinoy.
As an Asian person, I feel offended when people just “magically” change their race the next day when they wake up like “Oh I am Korean because I lived in Korea for a year and I love the culture”. No it doesn’t work that way. I don’t just change your race just because I want it to. It’s in YOUR DNA. I may offend some people if they see I write it. So what. It’s 2022. And realistically things do not go like that just because of your race. I had some old lady walked up to me one day when I was shopping and stroked a weirdly but nice conversation how she did her 23 & me test and found out she was 99% Caucasian and maybe 1% Asian, maybe Japanese, to a 100% full blood Asian. And then she would say she loved the Asian culture so much, especially now she felt connected to her ancestor. How you do feel if that happen to you?
I hear you. That woman was beyond obnoxious. And what the hell is "Asian culture" anyway? It's an entire continent full of different countries and regions all with distinct cultures. So dumb! Id say I'm sorry, but people have told me to stop apologizing on behalf of white people.
You know I can't remember where I heard this from but the more you think about it it makes it make sense "white culture is culture appropriation/white wash, and trying to 'save/prolong' their own race (i.e kkk Hitler 'aryans') " I'm not 100% that's exact wording but it was something to that effect.

a lot of their surgeries are sponsored by the surgery companies. no clue why any plastic surgery company would want to be associated with oli london, but that’s how they get the surgery.
His audio tapes were leaked where he admits he’s doing all this for attention. He’s a literal prick. And it pisses me off that now he’s claiming he is non-binary so whilst everyone hates on his transracial stuff, there’s always going to be people who say crap like “you should at least respect THEIR pronouns”. Sorry no. I won’t respect a man who is taking the literal piss and isn’t genuine with any of his claims. He refers to himself as he/him when he speaks quickly because it slips out since that is his true identity. Then he talks about wanting to look like a Korean GIRL. He’s a joke and offensive to everyone and anything he claims to be.
It's amazing how mental health can make us or break us. Oli could have become a top professor of korean history and culture or something at a prestigious university. A respected knowledgable person.
After seeing that Interview with the Black woman, I honestly have no hope for him anymore. She was spitting straight facts about this situation. I just wish they had an Asian person come at Ollie instead.
It seems to me like it's become an addiction for him.... Never satisfied always looking for more. Just accepting himself for who he is seems so Out of reach for him.... I kind of feel sorry for him
because plastic surgery is like therapy for them. it’s like they’re addicted. they see something they don’t like, they change it and then they’re happy. it’s so unhealthy but i think is their coping mechanism for dysphoria and low self esteem
Plastic surgery, just like any surgery, is going to be rough on the body. Doing tons of medically unnecessary surgeries like this over and over is really not good for you long term. As someone who has had plastic surgery, I think it's important to carefully weigh the risks and benefits of the procedure before going through with it.
Oli kinda looks like a Korean person who became obsessed with American/western culture and got surgery to look like blond Kris Jenner, mixed with some other Instagram influencers or reality TV stars who have gotten way too much plastic surgery. Honestly… I’m scared. This is like a horror movie and a car crash that you can’t look away from.
Oh, God. There’s nothing wrong with facial feminization surgery. Some trans women have it and feel much better. If they took the bandages off and said “that makes me feel more like a woman,” fine, but adding “like a Korean woman,” nope nope nope nope. It’s fine to be a white person who enjoys Korean fashion and food and maybe *learns a little history too* to learn why casually throwing Japanese and Korean together is stupid, (don’t say you look Korean and then throw “kawaii” in there) and the language, which would be awesome, but they’re still a white person. And maybe they could speak up against AAPI hate, which they could do but I have not heard anything about that from them. No one is going to come up to Oli London and say something hateful and hit them because of their deranged ideas about COVID. They could at least be useful. If they identified as a cat they would do a whole lot less damage. There are people who have surgery to get fangs and stuff, but you can’t do cultural appropriation as a cat. ARGH. On the other hand, your videos always cheer me up and I need it. I sent your face filter one to a cousin and he loved it. I think when I feel better I might even try out some hair ideas :)
@sunset moth How in the WORLD are they a troll at this point. Theyve physically altered their appearance beyond belief and previous recognition for WHAT. Internet fame? Haters giving them clicks? No. They REALLY do believe in the bullshit they’re spewing, and it is DELUSION!
@sunset moth As a trans person what you’re saying is completely incorrect. Transracial exists but it’s not this. Transracial is when someone is adopted into a family of a different race. Trans people have gender dysphoria which is treated with a combination of therapy, hormones, and surgery. Race dysphoria simply doesn’t exist. On another note female and male isn’t strictly X and Y, thats the simplified version they teach to children. There’s many different combinations of chromosomes. Transgender is completely valid, however you can’t change ethnicity. Just like you can’t change biological sex. Gender and sex are different:)

they've said they have a serious problem with changing themself every few months, but now they're saying it is to help us asians. and for a second, let's say they really do have a problem and should get help, but does that take away our right to be hurt? no. a criminal's crimes aren't forgiven just because they had issues.
I learned from my lovely Japanese teacher how to correctly appreciate cultures. He spent much of his life in Japan, learning the culture and language. He then went on to teach those things to others, and teach us how to respect them. If you are infatuated with a culture, NOT a stereotype, then you would understand that the people who belong to that culture do not appreciate bs like what Oli does.
At this point I believe Oli London is in need of a serious help. Not just because of the surgeries, but they're clearly not in the right state of mind. I do believe they're still doing it to benefit from Korean culture for clout, but at this point it doesn't feel like it's just an act. They're literally putting themselves in unhealthy conditions to fit in this mold that they don't even belong to. As much as we might joke about them, they really just need some serious help.

But considering their infamy now, I think they were pretty well off financially from the get go and after they started getting popularity on social media, that brought them with a new stream of income. I do hope most people think Oli is off their rockers and is more representative of someone addicted to plastic surgery rather then a representative of the trans community. They are obviously suffering from some sort disorder about their apparence which is not related to gender dysmorpia aswell. I would say they have more in common with a orange country housewife then anything else honestly.
Race and gender are completely different things, people who use this comparison are transphobic to begin with, now they just have an excuse. Don't worry, it's a bad argument and you shouldn't even be engaging with people who use it.
Oli is not a representative or spokesperson for trans people and his worldview does not say anything about your or any other trans person. If someone uses his actions to hate on trans people, it will be a pretext to engage in abusive behavior.
How is it wrong tho? Can you list the biggest differences, maybe at least 7? People needs to understand those differences. This is a good way to start educating.
@@LeeJaeiBiEntertainment Well of course I'm not speaking for all trans ppl when I say thus but- Race is physical while gender isn't (gender ≠ sex). About that "They don't have enough face left", you can see how the nose is starting to look very flimsy. If they keep going, Michael Jackson is going to be rolling in his noseless grave. Also, noses that have had a lot of work done will shrink throughout the years so can't wait to see that 😬
I fell asleep listening to this video, and I had a very traumatic nightmare. I am still shook up about it. I was "friends" with Oli, really I was just trying to get close to him so I could write a novel about him. I was in a car with him when he murdered someone, and he forced me to help him hide the body, and incriminate me so badly, no one would believe my side of the story. As a trans man I hate “trans racial” people, as it’s used to argue about my existence as a trans person. My own parents have debated how theirs no difference between the two. When a “trans racial” person transitions their just “expressing themselves and their love for the culture.” When I want to transition I’m just “confused” and “hate my body due to sexism/adhd” or “I just want to match the trend” I hate it.
I'm not trans, l would let everyone do whatever thay want , whatever reason they have, but l don't personally get why people say it's ok for trans people to undergo serious number of very invasive procedures and use hormones ,and these people with body dysmorphia (not necessary Oli who's 'trans racial') should not undergo procedures cause their problem is psychological...same as for trans gender people. How do you as trans see this @Primaryhoodies @pedro To me it's kind of same, both will feel better after procedures hopefully, both have psychological issues behind their needs to change their selves, why judge anyone?
@@lavalampa3254 heyo! so im not trans but I do have a mild case of body dysmorphic disorder, and theres a very obvious difference to me, ill try my best to explain lol. I think it boils down to the fact that body dysmorphia is a serious medical condition, while being trans is not a medical condition. You can be dysphoric (different from dysmorphia, they look similar tho so ppl confuse them), but thats a symptom, not a diagnosis or condition, and not all trans people experience it. Being trans is an identity, and taking hormones or having surgery to correct your body so that it matches your identity actually does work for the person in question, and improves their lives immensely. When you have body dysmorphia however, changing your looks with surgery does NOT work. Youve noticed how often oli has had their "final transformation" yeah? Thats cause for ppl w body dysmorphia, if they change something, they'll love the new look at first, but due to the medical condition they have, they will find something else they don't like to take the last flaw's place very quickly. Body dysmorphia makes it so you legit do not know what you look like, its basically hallucinating that you're fat or that your nose is too big, when you're actually quite thin and your nose is proportionate, and it goes beyond just a "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" thing. Their brains are fully not interpreting reality as reality when it comes to their bodies. So if they try to correct what they believe to be wrong through surgery, it'll never end, they'll keep getting new things done until it kills them because they'll never not find a new imagined flaw. Plus, they can't have a safe surgery plan for all the work they do cause its so random when they imagine or "discover" a new flaw, theres no way to know what they wanna change next until they wanna change it. That's why it is not okay for people w body dysmorphia to have surgery like this, its not only validating the delusions they have about how they look, but its physically and mentally harmful to them, and so would never be suggested as treatment. Body dysmorphia is treated through talk therapy, because its about making the person understand they dont look the way they think they do. Trans people know what they look like when they look in the mirror; transitioning hasn't anything to do with delusions and not being able to actually see what you look like, its to do with your gender identity and making it so you not only feel that the outside matches the inside, but that other people identify you as the gender you really are. The only commonality between being (pre-transition or not) trans and having body dysmorphia, is that both want to look differently to how currently do. Beyond that (including motivation, what to do about it, and where the desire comes from), they're completely unrelated and not medically similar in any way. That make sense? Idk how well I did, I know I overexplain sometimes and make it confusing on acccident lol, hope it helps you understand a bit why what oli is doing is dangerous and unhealthy while Trans people transitioning is not dangerous beyond medical risks and is healthy tho :)
I find it hilarious that they did buccal fat removal when they want to present as more feminine. That surgery tends to age people very badly and give a more gaunt, masculine look to the face as the person ages.

I just can't imagine hating your face so much that you'd mess with it so drastically. Your face is probably the first thing people notice about you. I'd be so scared to mess with anything because you can't exactly reverse it to be exactly the way it was before surgery. The nice thing about natural beauty is that it is unique and something you got from your ancestors, which is so special. I love seeing the features that I got from my mom and grandma, though I completely understand why someone who doesn't have good relationships with family wouldn't like this part. I don't get along well with my father so I lucked out with resembling my mom more.
I look a lot like my dad, and he is the reason I have PTSD. Thankfully losing weight makes me look less like him... And, I look adopted since I am darker than my mom and brother. I try to be grateful for my good health 🙏
I literally had a big surgery on my nose two weeks ago, functional bc of breathing problems and I can def say I don't want to do this ever again, the pain, the intense after care, not being able to eat and laugh properly until now, and to not be able to do sports or hot showers for at least 2 months. Additionally, the risks of being under general anaesthetic is no joke. I don't understand how someone can do this as their hobby. I literally don't understand and even this alone should be concerning, but he gotta top it by being ignorant and racist and lgbtq discriminating, creepy and what not. I feel for the person who had to debate Oli's spiels about "transracial" identities being valid. That was genuine labor for her and it must've been so exhausting. Whoever even decided to platform Oli with this "debate" is an asshole. A black person had to sit through this for views. I really hope she was properly compensated for her labor. This comment comes across as weirdly patronizing. Why are you assuming this woman has no agency? I would imagine she chose voluntarily to take that labor on for a reason. Or she finds it enjoyable to take Oli down a peg. And why are you assuming she didn’t benefit from her labor? Maybe it’s her channel. Or she has ownership over it. Y'know how bartenders can cut people off if they're drinking too much? I feel like they should do that with plastic surgery.
a lot of plastic surgeons actually do refuse to operate on people who've had too much surgery. the problem is this isnt a regulation or law, it's down to the morality of the surgeon, just like it's often down to the morality of the bartender. in the case of many surgeons they are also worried about getting sued probably if they were to operate on someone whose face cannot take any more surgery (otoh you have to sign a lot of waivers before surgeries)
the other thing is that people dont just go to certain foreign countries because the surgery is cheaper there, but often because the doctors there just dont care at all and theres even LESS regulation and no legal risk for if the surgery goes wrong.

Same with his love for kpop, plenty of money to learn some proper singing and dancing for his music videos and improve.
Sometimes you don't have to go through surgery to be a Korean citizen. And I not saying make his eyes almond shaped and giving a self destruction form of racist face paint.
Ironically they'd be way more korean with no surgery but perfect language and actual interest in the country and culture and society beyond the aesthetic. No country asks for eyelid surgery to grant nationality.

They will be left incredibly more depressed and insecure than they ever were before. It’s really sad to see. We’ve seen others go through this process and it never ends well.

The teacher made awkward noises and then said "please put those back on if it's more comfortable for you."
"Oh, no," she said with a smile. "I'm perfectly comfortable." As I remember, she made it a point to make eye contact with him for the rest of the class period.

There’s another TH-camr whose name escapes me at the moment, but he has many videos out.
Oli helps me by making me realise no matter how hard I fail in life, I won't fail THAT hard.
We just need to make sure people are sound of mind before approving dangerous surgeries that can kill them.
bruh they get money from these procedures

If they identified as a cat they would do a whole lot less damage. There are people who have surgery to get fangs and stuff, but you can’t do cultural appropriation as a cat. ARGH.

That plastic surgeon in Turkey looked kinda ashamed.
Probably not too much because he is doing it for the bag.
@@SAM-u3l3f I think he might have been regretting being caught on film with this particular patient lol.
I Personal think he know that he has to create a scandal if he wants to earn money at that point.. but yes help would be needed for him
I wonder what he does for a living to have that much money to blow. Could Oli be going into debt for this?
@@violet18 it's a possibility. But considering their infamy now, I think they were pretty well off financially from the get go and after they started getting popularity on social media, that brought them with a new stream of income. So even if they took a debt upon themselves to start with the surgeries, I doubt that's the case now.

"oh my gosh, you are korean"
I guarantee you that if I saw somebody like Oli, I would say "oh my god, that person had a lot of plastic surgery"
Can we all take a moment to appreciate the things Ed has to go through to give us these videos 😭🤞
4:27 I literally yelled out loud “LEAVE FELIX AND HYUNJIN ALONE, PLEASE”
as a trans man im genuinly scared of what their persona might cause regarding our rights. i hear so many people spew the idea that if they can identify as transgender then why cant london identify as transkorean- which is so wrong on so many levels... i fear for transgender rights everyday and this makes it so much worse
@@LeeJaeiBiEntertainment
Well of course I'm not speaking for all trans ppl when I say thus but- Race is physical while gender isn't (gender ≠ sex).
Also while not all trans people have gender dysphoria, it is a big part of being trans for alot of ppl (again not all) and there as far as I know isn't something called "race dysphoria" (or smtn along those lines)
5 other differences is a bit difficult to come up with but I'll educate myself for a bit n maybe come back to explain jn a while! Thank you for the respectful response btw!
1:19 "Bye guys, hi ladies~" woah, thanks for getting it stuck in my brain again.
About that "They don't have enough face left", you can see how the nose is starting to look very flimsy. If they keep going, Michael Jackson is going to be rolling in his noseless grave. Also, noses that have had a lot of work done will shrink throughout the years so can't wait to see that 😬
He will look like Voldemort
Your voice is so soothing, love watching your videos before bed
I fell asleep listening to this video, and I had a very traumatic nightmare. I am still shook up about it. I was "friends" with Oli, really I was just trying to get close to him so I could write a novel about him. I was in a car with him when he murdered someone, and he forced me to help him hide the body, and incriminate me so badly, no one would believe my side of the story. He got his hair stylist to change my hair, got his surgeons to change my face, and said I had nowhere to go, so we would get to be best friends forever
I legitimately woke up crying
thats a great idea for a thriller novel ngl

im just. this makes me so uncomfortable. they clearly need professional PSYCHOLOGICAL help.
As a trans man I hate “trans racial” people, as it’s used to argue about my existence as a trans person. My own parents have debated how theirs no difference between the two. When a “trans racial” person transitions their just “expressing themselves and their love for the culture.” When I want to transition I’m just “confused” and “hate my body due to sexism/adhd” or “I just want to match the trend”
I hate it.
I'm a trans man and I agree
I'm not trans, l would let everyone do whatever thay want , whatever reason they have, but l don't personally get why people say it's ok for trans people to undergo serious number of very invasive procedures and use hormones ,and these people with body dysmorphia (not necessary Oli who's 'trans racial') should not undergo procedures cause their problem is psychological...same as for trans gender people.
How do you as trans see this @Primaryhoodies
@pedro
To me it's kind of same, both will feel better after procedures hopefully, both have psychological issues behind their needs to change their selves, why judge anyone?
Leave oli alone god has the power to change him Korean let him be who he wants him to be he's not harming anyone
Yo if the man wants to be trans Korean let him live his truth without being judgemental.
Not being your natural SELF Messes You UP !!!!
I find it hilarious that they did buccal fat removal when they want to present as more feminine. That surgery tends to age people very badly and give a more gaunt, masculine look to the face as the person ages.
I know that this is not about the video, but I love the way you're always calm, no matter what you talk about, and you never exagerate you reaction. I mean...I think it's hard talking about Oli London without getting angry, but you manage to keep your voice sweet and quiet. Listening to you is pleasing and relaxing. Thank you
I feel like olli is suffering from some sort of body dysphoria. It's seems, from the outside, that they are really unhappy with their appearance and thinks plastic surgery and pretending to be someone else will fix what they are feeling. I hope they're able to get help before they become even more of a cautionary tale

His “friends” has said they do anything for attention so they can pay for their surgeries so giving him attention just encourages him
The woman talking with Olí did an amazing job explaining 🙌💖
You can spend $250,000 on plastic surgery or $2500 on therapy. Choose wisely.
There’s so much to belonging to any group that isn’t just aesthetics. Olli is missing the values, the language, history, group behaviour and dynamics, body language, etc etc etc

I get that he doesn't care or value for other people but shouldnt he at least value his own life? He is destroying his body and will eventually face payback for what he does to it
I’m from Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 and Saudi Arabia is part of Asia but I never considered myself Asian or wanted to be Japanese or Korean tho I love these countries. I guess Oli needs mental care and support from his family. I hope he doesn’t harm himself.

EDIT: Maddie B. pointed out I originally assumed that she had no agency in this video and that she didn't choose to debate Oli and / or publish the video herself. That was a product of my own antiblack biases and I'm very thankful to have it pointed out. I apologize and will do my best to consider this more in the future as well.
Black women can own media companies and YT channels too.
