- Unboxing the Oppo Find N2 Flip foldable phone (global edition), with a review of the camera tech, gaming on Genshin Impact, battery life and more. The Oppo Find N2 Flip is one of the best bendy smartphones of 2023, a step up vs Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip 4 in a few ways. In the UK it will release on March 2 with a price from £849.
Although it's a similar size to the Samsung Z Flip 4, the Oppo Find N2 Flip boasts an improved design with a more subtle crease and less of a gap. Battery life is a serious upgrade, offering a full day of play even with six plus hours of screen on time including LOTS of camera use. ColorOS 13 is as feature-packed as ever, including a gaming mode for Genshin fans. Speaking of which, the Oppo Find N2 Flip can run the latest Android titles no worries, although the Galaxy Z Flip does offer slightly stronger performance.
My only wish is for Oppo to improve the functionality of that massive cover screen. It's ideal for quickly interacting with apps like Deezer and WhatsApp and yet right now you only have basic media controls and reply options.

Hello! Big thanks for watching my Find N2 Flip review, do you reckon this is the best foldable right now? Or still not convinced? Asking price is £849 here in Blighty, so it's certainly one of the more affordable options
I couldn't see where i would use a flip phone in my life so i give no.1 spot the the Samsung fold. If there was a need for flip phones in my life then i would definitely go for find n2 flip.

Great work as always, you're one of the better TH-cam phone and accessory reviewers, however...is there any chance you can tone it down with the sexual references and double entendres? 🙏🏼 "Condom" cover "spurt", etc...it just doesn't sound too nice and a big reason why I know I can't watch your videos around children and on my TV.
The Fact that they included all the accessories & charging unit speaks volumes ! Putting the customer experience first and foremost ✅
I still remember when including a case, a data cable and a charger were the bare minimum included in a flagship phone packaging

Got my Oppo Flip 2 days ago. I was first in the shop to pick up my pre order 😁 the box plus accessories are impressive. I dreamt about flip phone since at least 15 years. I was devastated when they stopped manufacturing them but now they are back and my dream came true. About the front screen - I agree. There's much potential in it. Hopefully, Oppo will add some more widgets soon.

It's funny when you think back at 2010 - 2015, back then you had the LG Cookie touch phone. It had a "whopping" 3 inch display. Now this size is used as a secondary screen...

I have this phone, with android 14 they brought mini apps to the cover screen, so much better now, can practically use any app now on the cover screen instead of just widgets@@VaunShiz

When you watch TH-cam from front screen then open up the big screen it just seems so much bigger than usual which is great !
I've only recently got myself a pixel 7 which I'll keep for at least a couple of years, if they can get rid of the crease by then I'll most likely go for a foldable as I like the concept
Google should be releasing their folding phone this year. It's nearly definite. I'm switching between a Z fold and Pixel 7 Pro right now and I'll trade them both in for a Pixel Fold.
My wife has the Samsung Flip 4 (she loves it) and you can't see the fold crease when using it. Might be tempted by Oppo myself
I have no problem with the mini crease. It's way better than an island notch.

I wish there was a foldable with no front camera , also slightly disapointing that we cant open any app on that extra screen . Would be great to see notifications and maybe be able to quickly look at your music playing app . Maybe they can figure it out in a software update

Z4 user of 6 months, the battery life and aspect ratio are my main gripes.. the biggest thing is durability of the screens. I'm considering switching back to a normal phone. If you go with a bendy blower.. it would make sense to get it insured!

I love the look of this phone. If I needed a new phone I'd get this in a heartbeat. Or the Find N fold if it ever came to the UK.
Sadly the standard Find N2 doesn't seem to be coming out over here ever, fingers crossed for the Find N3!

Man, those bunnies and cats on the cover screen are alright but just imagine u could have like a tamagotchi pet on the screen, mate! Like built-in tamagotchi pet game that u can play around with from ur outer screen, dude, that would be freaking amazing! I would get one of them oppos just for that!

Does this phone overheat atall? The last oppo i had was the find x2pro which i had to send back becuse it got to hot, i dont really do heavy gaming just fb tiktok and youtube mainly. In all the reviews I've watched, I've not seen anything showing that you can make calls from the front screen without opening the phone. Is this something that can be done on the global version?? Please let me know!

As a lover of all things small and compact, I am very much looking forward to getting a flip phone. Which one would you say has a better camera - the Find N2 or the Z Flip 4?
That seems to be my biggest issue with phones, I always somehow get stuck with a phone that has a bad camera, especially in outdoor night environments. Really need to find a good one for that this time around 😅
Unfortunately I can't speak for these phones, really wish I could and hoping I will, but.. if it's a great camera you want, you can't go wrong with a Google Pixel. I've used a lot of different brands of smartphones and always come back to a Pixel because of the camera 🤷♀️

@@tfkdandsvkc hey there, well it does have stock Android and the latest updates. These days there are more companies that have stock Android but not with the great hardware it comes with, the whole experience, software and all is pretty great. Of course I can't say exactly since I don't have a Pixel 7 myself (I have the 6 and 6a) but I'm just a Pixel fan and usually go back to a Pixel phone after testing

I've had the OPPO Reno 4 pro now on OPPO Find 5 X ,just saw the OPPO Find 2 Flip on my service provider so i thought i'd check out if there was any reviews a good few popped up and saw your review was on here .So after watching your review i'm going to upgrade my phone to this one this week ,thank you for yours reviews which are great as usual ,3rd OPPO after watching your reviews .
I just love how you make tech sound so interesting with your clever maneuver of jokes. I think at the "Battery Life" section you said 44W wired charging, but I saw a 67W charger at the beginning. If I'm not too stressed to see straight 😅

Now this is the foldable I'm more interested in right now as the Find N2 flid hasnthe bigger front screen, I also will admit I was hoping that they would allow messaging on the front for quick messages rather than the preset responses

when I take a selfie on the cover screen, the picture comes out mirrored. On the big screen when I take a selfie it is the right way, so the settings are right. Do you know how to fix this?
I've had the find n2 flip for 5 days now and I've noticed a bit of a tap/creaky sound when I slide my finger over the crease. Has anyone else noticed this? Or has it always been there and I e not noticed it before?
Anyone know if there are any color os restrictions on this handset? I'm new to color os and the launch videos from last year show themes being available and the option to install 3rd party apps but can't find those in the phone?

You're definitely right I agree with you on the cover display on the oppo find n2 flip what's the point in making a really good big display cover screen and you can't even use apps on it.
