Super cute! I remember when I first got bangs about 4 years ago, I was under the impression I had to blow dry them every single day. I did that for about a year. Then I progressively got lazy and now I just wash and let them air dry and it works just the same! It might depend on hair type but bangs don’t require a ton of work when you get used to them (: So if you’re reading this, this is a sign to get bangs!
@@reevekatt4574 I actually straightened my hair in that picture. My hair isn’t curly but it’s not pin straight either and it is very very thick (I have to get it thinned every time I get a haircut). I don’t ever straighten or style my hair unless it’s a special occasion (I am very lazy). I sleep with my hair in a high bun at night and wake up to my own makeshift waves and just wash my bangs and let them air dry because bed hair ain’t cute on me lol

Its fine guys. I got bangs, it takes just a couple of days to get used to everything, just like with any haircut. Get the round brush or a hair straightener. It takes 30 seconds to style them and they look super cute and frame your face nicely. If you're scared get face framing layers and a few strands short on the front to get the feel of bangs but to still be able to swoop them away anytime (tell your hairstylist to do them symetrical to your natural hair part even if it's a little bit to the side). Also bangs that reach your eyebrow don't really get in the way as much as longer layers so when i cut mine shorter it was actually even better. But yeah, try with a little bit of you're scared and dont be too worried about styling. It takes less time than brushing my hair literally

I love this video and your messy and amazing energy haha I actually just cut bangs, and I live in Barcelona so it's a bit hot to have bangs but it's still cute!
You look really lovely with bangs and the bangs were cut in Japan, right!? Japanese hair dressers have a really nice way of cutting bangs, they really get it, even if your hair is not Asian. I had my hair cut in Japan and then when back home, wanted them to cut the bangs the same way...and they cut it like with a hacksaw, the result was awful. Maybe I just got a not so skilled hair dresser and most of my hair cuts have been done in Japan, but in my experience, Japanese bang-cutting is the best! I guess bangs are high maintenance if you have just got them and the hair and you are not used to them. I've had bangs most of my life, minus 2 years in junior high school, and it is not difficult at all. I don't use any special products, wash only the bangs some days (but not every day), dry them and go...all in all about 3 minutes. Or just straighten...30 sec and go. So, all in all, if you like the look of your bangs, I'd say, just hang in there and it will become so easy after a while. I also cut them myself between hair salon visits.
Wow, you do so much work. With mine, I wet a comb and comb them forward. Sometimes that’s enough! Sometimes I’ll hit that’s with a blow dryer. But I never blow dry+brush. I like to let my bangs just fall flat down and form to the contours of my face. Other times, wearing a hat can help. If you don’t have enough time to blow dry, put a hat on and go. Then you can add a bit of dry shampoo, or whatever, when you get to work.
My actual issue with no-bangs/fringe hairstyle is that the direction of my hair growth is forward. And whatever I do, that damn front strand is always on my face. ALWAYS. So yeah, bangs suit better than that weird strand. Who else got that problem?
Literally me. My hairline is very forward too and yes I always have hair in my eyes and I hate it. The only reason I keep thinking about bangs. But last time I had them I hated them. Life is hard… lol
I've had curtain bangs for about the past year or so, but I really want that whsipy bang look. I'm so nervous though because my faceis quite wide so I'm not sure which style to use and what type. And I wear glasses and a hat for my work often so it's all so difficult. I hope I get the right type 💗
I had bangs for like 45 years and never once spent 30 minutes on them. Eegad! I think one thing is how your hairline naturally grows in the front. Mine grows "forward", which actually makes "not" having bangs more annoying for me in many ways, because my long "non-bang" locks fall in my face all the freaking time if I don't style my hair in some way every day. My hair also doesn't really get greasey, so if I had bangs again, I'd never be washng them every day or every other day. I wash my hair about once a week and don't use dry shampoo. My point being, there are a lot of factors in how much daily upkeep having bangs takes, including how short they are, how you like to wear them, etc.
I knew daily styling was going to be a thing with these. I also know that I need to trim them 1x a week. They're definitely high maintenance. If it rains, they stick up lol if I sleep with my hair wet, they stick up, if I airdry, they stick up 😂 can't win. But I need them to cover my forehead.
I was someone who never did my hair and I got bangs and started doing my hair, it’s like forced maintenance but in a good way, quite frustrating at times but I feel more girly getting up to do my hair everyday
I’ve never wanted bangs but then post partum hair loss happened and here I am struggling with the regrowth so I’m trying to figure out how to tame this mess and make the most of it lol
So it’s been brought to my attention that you sound very much like Zooey Deschanel and now I can’t unhear it lol also have had bangs most of my life and your video was very informative lol ( I also never do my hair lol) so my bangs go pretty flat unless I’m dressing up for something
My issue is that I have super curly hair but I prefer to blow my bangs straight. And if there is the tiniest bit of moisture in the air, bad things happen. 😔 So here I am, trying to talk myself out of getting them again but I don't think I'll be successful. Because I like the look of them more than I dislike the occasional inconveniences of having them.
I never took that long when I got my hair cut with bangs, maybe three minutes at most! Partly because they dry really quickly, and as soon as some wind hits or you touch your hair, they move, so I don’t put much effort into it. As long as your hair is cut well enough, bangs shouldn’t need much tweaking.
I have bangs and these tips are too high maintenance for me!😂 I just blowdry my hair normally and then some days they look better than others + when I am at home I clip them back so that they don't get greasy - The end lol -
I cut my bangs impulsively last night. I had been wanting to get them since like last year but didn't because of the summer and now since I always have my hair parted in the middle they look wonky lol. It's fine though, as I usually always regret the first few weeks after getting them bangs 😅 it should be fine lol
idk I cut a lot of hair into mine and they don't look like that when I wake up...they certainly don't fall straight down either but they're still forehead bangs and I look better than ever waking up.
Hilarious 😂 I laughed out loud 4:347:37 I was thinking of getting this haircut but now I’m so lazy.. I don’t think I will do my hair everyday 🎀 end result is amazing though… I subscribed your channel… I laughed a lot actually 😂 lots of love ❤️
I love bangs but since my hair is wavy the upkeep is a challenge. I’m already growing them out because the dedication ain’t easy. I know I’ll cut them again next year though 😂
Okay but I could not stop laughing when you were telling us to do it this way and the other way.. you're def a hoot! So I got bangs on Saturday and I hate them... booohooooo, I love them but hate them, they don't go with my face shape what so ever, so I can not wait for them to grow out lol I just have a round face and it sucks bc I think bags look so cute.
last time I go my hair cut was May 2020. My hair is layered and I have bangs. Due to covid-19 the county locked down. Hair salons was closed. I have chin length bangs now my hair grew out passed by shoulder blades. I do not when I going to get my hair cut. Before the Covid-19 lockdown, I wash my hair, use hair condition. Towel try hair. use a comb to style my bang. I let the air dry my damp hair naturally. My hair was shoulder length.
I wish I had seen your video before I got my hair cut, just 4days ago. HOW MINE LITERALLY LOOKS LIKE A MULLET I NEVER WANTED & ASKED FOR? Humidity does it even worse. And I got it done in summer. 🥲 Anyways. Loved your insight. I hate my fringy bangs. I hope it gets fixed soon by growing it all out. Lots of love from the other side of the world. 😇🇧🇩
Me too dont worry, just got it done and I really dont think it suits me that much!! Gonna wait for it to grow out into longer curtain bangs or something...
im somebody with the same bangs as this person, but i kind of want to add onto what she said at 6:05. "if you dont do your hair, like ever, then just dont get bangs." i dont really do my hair, and i only do my bangs if my cowlick is bad that day, but this is so false! literally all i do is put some water directly on ym bangs, comb it out a little to separate it, and then i get a round brush and twist. afterwards i just let it air-dry and put on some dry shampoo to help the oiliness. it works fine! if you arent prepared to *commit* to bangs, then thats when you shouldnt get it.
omg my hair is exactly what u just described.. I got bangs and I love the way they look on me tbh and everyone complimented me hahaha but it has been hard to style it, it looks to flat sometimes but if I straighten it sometimes it curls up

Omg I am about to cut bangs and this is soooooo helpful
Your eyes are so blue! 💙
Omg tha bangs looks stunning I love having bangs if u want new change style ❤
Your hair was my inspiration pic for my hairdresser ! Xx
You can pull off anything. The good thing about hair is it grows back 🤍
I was someone who never did my hair and I got bangs and started doing my hair, it’s like forced maintenance but in a good way, quite frustrating at times but I feel more girly getting up to do my hair everyday
I’ve never wanted bangs but then post partum hair loss happened and here I am struggling with the regrowth so I’m trying to figure out how to tame this mess and make the most of it lol
i have watched hundreds of these videos and this is rly rly helpful :D i might actually cut them..
Love it, do you still have bangs? Ive been thinking about getting bangs😅
So it’s been brought to my attention that you sound very much like Zooey Deschanel and now I can’t unhear it lol also have had bangs most of my life and your video was very informative lol ( I also never do my hair lol) so my bangs go pretty flat unless I’m dressing up for something
I'm literally watching this as new girl is on in the background 😂
Best bang tutorial ever!! Lololol I did actually learn yay!! Thank you so much!
My issue is that I have super curly hair but I prefer to blow my bangs straight. And if there is the tiniest bit of moisture in the air, bad things happen. 😔
So here I am, trying to talk myself out of getting them again but I don't think I'll be successful.
I have bangs and these tips are too high maintenance for me!😂 I just blowdry my hair normally and then some days they look better than others + when I am at home I clip them back so that they don't get greasy - The end lol -
The best tip for bangs:
No bangs=no problems
You are welcome!😁
PS: but you look cute!
I cut my bangs impulsively last night. I had been wanting to get them since like last year but didn't because of the summer and now since I always have my hair parted in the middle they look wonky lol. It's fine though, as I usually always regret the first few weeks after getting them bangs 😅 it should be fine lol
I love that jacket in the back!! If you happen to see this could you tell me where it’s from please?❤️
idk I cut a lot of hair into mine and they don't look like that when I wake up...they certainly don't fall straight down either but they're still forehead bangs and I look better than ever waking up.
Hilarious 😂 I laughed out loud 4:34 7:37
I was thinking of getting this haircut but now I’m so lazy.. I don’t think I will do my hair everyday 🎀 end result is amazing though… I subscribed your channel… I laughed a lot actually 😂 lots of love ❤️
I’ve had bangs most of my life and still found a few tips here!
I love bangs but since my hair is wavy the upkeep is a challenge. I’m already growing them out because the dedication ain’t easy. I know I’ll cut them again next year though 😂
Wavy bangs are so pretty!
SAME😭😭
@@whateveridk999 no they’re not🙁. I literally cried because it came out so ugly.
debating some side bangs hm hm hmm. thanks for the tips! 💕
lol I just got bangs again but this was all super helpful!!!! thank you
What did you ask for when you got this haircut? I want it!! With the short bits that come down at the sides and the wispy straight fringe
I haven’t had bangs in 13 years …I was considering getting them cut again but this kinda made me rethink it lol
If you cut your bang shorter you don’t have any hats issues😉 i have a short and thick bang and I wear hats all the time!
Golly! Having bangs is as much maintenance as having a puppy. I cut myself bangs today on an impulse but dreading the morning now 😅
Could you do a video showing you doing your nails? Step by step 🥰
Earmuffs are a must!
Glasses are frustrating with glasses. Sweaty bangs are the worst.
I wish I had seen your video before I got my hair cut, just 4days ago. Then I would have NEVER gotten my bangs in the first place! 😭 But, in a desperate search for an answer on how to cure this, I guess I came about this extremely helpful video you made. SO THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS. AND, NOW I KNOW THE PURPOSE OF MY BANGS. 🤣 Cuz it got me to watch your video and find you. 😝 We are all connected it seems. 😜🌏 But, yeah. Never again. 😭 Can't wait to grow them out like OVERNIGHT? PLS? AND YEAH. WHY DOESN'T ANYONE TELL YOU THE AFTERMATH OF WAKING UP FROM A NIGHT'S SLEEP?!
Totally needed this video 💛 thank you for this
im somebody with the same bangs as this person, but i kind of want to add onto what she said at 6:05.
Yeah, bangs can look good, HOWEVER it's very high maintenance! 🙈
i'd love to get bangs but at the same time im scared bc my hair is so thin and flat, and gets oily rlly quick:/
You should get amazon clip on bangs to see if you like it first hahahahaha I’ve found the main issue is the look & not hair type etc
omg my hair is exactly what u just described.. I got bangs and I love the way they look on me tbh and everyone complimented me hahaha but it has been hard to style it, it looks to flat sometimes but if I straighten it sometimes it curls up
You could put volumizing dry shampoo in them. Two birds...
I'm not even close to thinking about getting bangs, but I'mma watch anyways:)
I really want to get a haircut now... I haven't had one In so long so my hair is a mess.
I'm finnaly early again. School have started again so I've had to do a lot of school work. I've had distance for a while now (over a month), but at Monday i have to go back...
have you ever tried the big sexy hair dry shampoo? it's got a texturizing element to it, it's my favorite dry shampoo bc it acts like a styling product as well. could maybe help you skip a step!
I had bangs for most of my life and it was hell, i had to wait for 2 years for them to fully become the same length as my hair and ive forgotten how it feels to have bangs
I had my fringe moment about 12 years ago and it was horrible. The worst thing was it was a time when my passport had to be renewed so I had a picture with the horrible fringe on my passport for 10 YEARS!!! the electronic gates at the airport could never recognize me.
This video is so good!
Hi,can you film a video when you have shorter bangs? ❤️❤️
Welcome to the ladies world. Where no one tells you how difficult almost ANYTHING that women do is 😂
I love your hair with bangs. I love dry hair spray but how do you get rid of the white build up u get with it? I do it far enough away to try to stop it. Help?!?!?
maam i cut my bangs like last week bc i thought they looked cute on you and i wanted to look cute too lolllllllllllll rip my low maintenance lifestyle
I do have bangs but it's really very difficult to manage it everyday. 😭 Every day when i get up in the morning, it's the same story 😭 so now i have decided no bangs 🙏
Love your vids so much hope the queen sees this
I really want bangs, but I’m scared that they’re gonna look bad because I’m not gonna wanna style them at six in the morning before school
Thank you for sharing ! ❤️
😮 ... The thumbnail says it all
Omg she looks so funny, so much that I love her for that!!!
