did you work out the vibrations? do you have a motor mount lift?

yep, worked out the vibrations with a motor mount lift, and re-adjusting the pinion. But then the shocks bound up on the fuel skid, so I had to get shock relocation brackets...talk about "give a mouse a cookie" lol thanks for watching.

Did you have to cut the exhaust hanger?

Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. No I did not adjust the rear exhaust hanger. However, I had an exhaust shop adjust where the mufflers and cat sat. I also cut a clearance notch in the skid to help with the exhaust fitment.

What long arm kit are you using? And how much lift? Time to do some fab-ing ? That's what makes it fun!

Its a hodgepodge lift...sorta... it started as a 4" Zone, then a 4.5" BDS long arm upgrade kit (first generation) then a BDS 2nd generation arm upgrade. I was able to upgrade all the arms EXCEPT the rear uppers. Zone is made by BDS...so it's all BDS. With a Rubicon express front track bar.
My issue (and Matt's with a BDS long arm oh his JK) has been bushing life. We constantly maintenance our jeeps and only get a year to year and a half out of our bushings. About 12,000miles.
Make sure you research bushing life, and cost/ease of rebuild.
