Sam, let me tell you, when I switched to a church that had a lot of people around my age ( in their 20s) I found my spirituality changing and being able to hold myself accountable for certain things that i otherwise would have trouble doing on my own/alone. That sense of community is so important and can be the perfect place to find a s/o with the same beliefs as you 😉 Just putting that out there!
No contact is the hardest thing to do BUT it's the only way to truly start moving on. No contact to me means obviously no communicating but also blocking them or muting them on all socials. Removing their friends and people who they're involved with. Out of sight out of mind. Whoever is seeing this...this is your sign and it's only going to benefit you in the end. All will work out and you will be okay in time ❤

I've been single my whole life, I was born in Paris and I lived in Miami for 10 years. When I came back to Paris 5 years ago, I was so scared to do things by myself bc I wanted to make friends and have company but then I realised that its totally ok and normal to do things by yourself, I take myself out on movie dates, day dates around Paris, go eat somewhere etc and its so fun and nice. Ive been learning to enjoy my own company over the years and I am so happy with myself. I love that you wanna do solo trips and take yourself out nice !! You deserve the best girlie !!

18:58 this is SO true, at least for me. It sucks either way to have stuff hanging over your head but it's important, I think, to know how things will make you feel afterward. That goes for positive things like doing menial tasks to achieve your goals or chores, but also for negative things -- knowing to avoid bad habits because you know they will make you feel bad afterward.

It's important to remember that as much as we love watching you and getting to know you, it's not the same as someone who we are close with in our personal lives. I can easily say you seem like someone I'd love to be friends with, but that's a line you need to remember is there. The part about being an extroverted introvert is so me as well. I love to be alone and spending time with myself. If someone tries to interrupt me during that time I get really upset. I love driving by myself and enjoy music, going for a walk alone thats the best one for me. I hate when someone meets me at the walk and ruins my “me time” by talking to me lol.

As someone who partied a decent amount in high school when I had no business doing so here’s some tips: Never drink on an empty stomach Never drink over your limit (that one takes time to figure out) Only party with people you know you’re comfortable with. ALWAYS HAVE A DD!!!!!! please don’t drink and drive. Never leave your drink or friends unattended. If you feel uncomfortable leave. If you’re going to try drugs please only do them in a safe environment with people you are comfortable with and know will take care of you heaven forbid anything goes wrong. Most importantly don’t let anyone peer pressure you into doing something you don’t want to do These are just some tips always party safely. 😊

Hi Sam! Let me tell you something. I am in my 50's and have been through a few breakups. I met some great guys that I still consider friends. Every break up was difficult ( except one.. very toxic and I felt so good leaving!! 😂). I am on my own now and I am enjoying life so much more. I am an introvert and I am a stronger person when alone. My advice is to just enjoy your alone time. Only way to know yourself truly. ❤

Okay girl fellow church girl here! Community is everything and having church community is in my opinion a non negotiable. I would say the biggest advice I have for you is go to the Bible studies, go to the events, and find a place to serve in the church (this helps you find people with similar passions and callings).

Do a part 2 A BIG RED FLAG for me is when someone talks negatively about the LGBTQ community especially on a public platform. As someone who is bisexual I’ve seen a lot of put down and negative comments about the LGBTQ community on Twitter and it just makes my blood boil. Even before I came out I’ve always said love is love and it shouldn’t matter who someone loves as long as they’re not hurting anybody. People are entitled to their own opinion and I respect that but if someone wants to talk negatively about the LGBTQ community then do so in the privacy of your own home behind closed doors not on public platforms🌈

After I moved to another country with my now husband and not having many friends around here, I learned I needed to do stuff on my own and not always wait around for someone to do it with. Yes, I have my hubby but we don't need to be together 24/7 and he sometimes feels like sitting at home watching a game or something so I go out alone. I did walks, lunch, went on lil hikes alone. It takes time, at first it was weird for me too, but now I am like 'hey, this is fun', nobody actually cares if you are alone. I saw other people alone too. Every break up was difficult ( except one.. very toxic and I felt so good leaving!! 😂). I am on my own now and I am enjoying life so much more. I am an introvert and I am a stronger person when alone. My advice is to just enjoy your alone time. Only way to know yourself truly. ❤

Okay girl fellow church girl here! Community is everything and having church community is in my opinion a non negotiable. I would say the biggest advice I have for you is go to the Bible studies, go to the events, and find a place to serve in the church (this helps you find people with similar passions and callings).

I recently went through someting too w my ex and honestly couldn't agree with you more from 5:50-6:46. A BIG RED FLAG for me is when someone talks negatively about the LGBTQ community especially on a public platform. As someone who is bisexual I’ve seen a lot of put down and negative comments about the LGBTQ community on Twitter and it just makes my blood boil. Even before I came out I’ve always said love is love and it shouldn’t matter who someone loves as long as they’re not hurting anybody. People are entitled to their own opinion and I respect that but if someone wants to talk negatively about the LGBTQ community then do so in the privacy of your own home behind closed doors not on public platforms🌈
I think it's pretty normal to expect that people are going to wonder about your boyfriend after you introduced & showed him in your videos 🤷🏽♀️

After I moved to another country with my now husband and not having many friends around here, I learned I needed to do stuff on my own and not always wait around for someone to do it with. Yes, I have my hubby but we don't need to be together 24/7 and he sometimes feels like sitting at home watching a game or something so I go out alone. I did walks, lunch, went on lil hikes alone. It takes time, at first it was weird for me too, but now I am like 'hey, this is fun', nobody actually cares if you are alone. I saw other people alone too. It's fine, you do you! :) thanks for this vid. Don't mind the haters, you are on the internet so it's inevitable. they are just bored.
