Great video as always. I love your videos, cause you take so much time explaining everything. You are appreciated. I love that you talk to us like we are sitting in your garage watching live.
How creative and pretty! It's good to know tattoos work on these. I've used them on my tumblers after they've been resined, so I was fairly confident these would work for you. And, work they did. Beautifully!
Love the tattoo effect. I kept taking my headphones off, every time I did... my dog stopped whining or whatever was going on stopped. LOL, realized it was the video, too funny.
I was yelling at you not to snip off the end, but you didn’t hear me. 🤣You really we’re thinking outside the box on this one. One of the reasons I follow you. Fun, fun, fun. 🥰🥰🥰
I love your excitement when you peel the paper off the tattoos 👍👏😂. The coaster are beautiful, the colours are perfect and I love the idea of using wood bases. Your photos are always staged so professionally, could you give us newbies some hints and tips. Do you have a box of props just for your resin pics 💕💕
Julie these are awesome! Your goofs turn into masterpieces. Thank you for sharing your creations with us. Wishing you and your family a better day today than you had yesterday!
I've been using tattoos from the beginning!! They work great for all kind of projects! I have made rose and butterfly coasters, butterflies on a tray, dragons on rolling trays...
I love them. Julie, have you thought about putting out a book on your resin journey? Make a list of all the different resins you have used, their effects, thickness, doming etc? I know I would buy it rather than keep buying all the different resins only to find out they don't do what you need. You could add photos of all your wonderful pieces along with which resin you used. What do you think? I think it would be very popular.😀😀❤❤
I’m so happy you didn’t edit out the part where you cut the tip off! It makes me feel better about all the times I’ve done something silly like that. Those coasters are really beautiful, but I kept thinking that it was a shame to cover up the wood, and I found myself wondering how they would look with the tattoo and all clear resin.
These are stunning. I am really keen to have a go myself and see how I go. I have been spending a lot of my spare time going through your published videos of your resin pouring and I think I far prefer resin to acrylic paint pouring. I have dabbled with acrylic paint pouring myself, but nothing stunning as yet. Keep it up.
These are soooo beautiful. Like you i didn't realize there were so many types of resin. As far as cutting the end of the bag, that would be something I would do. lol Very beautiful !
Beautiful colors, great idea! I was going "oh! no!" when the top coat started to overflow. Great idea to cover the the wood rim with resin, too. It is a finishing touch. Copper and bronze would look great in wood rounds! I love the interference micas. Thank, Julie! Stay safe!
Perhaps try some small silicone shape molds for the sparkle centers you want to make up in advance. Could even do nifty shaped ones like stars or squares as well as circles, and they'd be reusable and not stick to paper, etc. Different shaped centers might even cause nifty directional striations in the other resin as you pour it in. Really love how these coasters turned out! The feathers completely matched the colors you used, beautiful!
truly lovely! I know a bit about decals, having learned and collected quite a bit for nail art. You could try getting out a large, damp sponge, and laying them paper side down on that, then lightly skim the decal off when it's ready to slide, and if you're nimble with your fingers and tweezers, you can then apply it where you want without wetting your resin overly much. These look to me like a haloed moon in a night sky...kind of a native american dream catcher vibe. Great job!
I've seen those metal tattoos advertised on the internet. If they hold up to being resinated, you could add these to more than just coasters. Absolutely beautiful.
Amazing 😍 I was trying to get your attention and stop you from snipping off the end of the piping bag 🤣 Love these colors! Excited to see how your “centers” come out
Let me bless of you friends on those days which we all stying at home keeping ourselves from the korona ... stay well and make wondeful creations deeds all over the WORLD. With my appreciation and hamble pure heart pura de verdad🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱
Yep, I was yelling too, noooooo don't cut the tip yet. Lol Brilliant idea with your centers. If it works, you can make yourself a mold of a bunch of little circles to make more centers! Awesome sauce. These are really cool, love the feather tattoos. Just did a search on the tattoos, found on Ebay, out of stock! Lol, I waited too long to watch the video, you're too popular.
Great idea, although it would be more economical and more environmentally friendly to look for coaster at a thrift store. Or use lids from containers you've used that would get thrown away. You could even restore old damaged wood coasters if you had some; an opaque resin would cover water marks or scratches really well. Old mason jar lids would be a cute upcycle and would sell really well I think.
The wood coaster & feather are beautiful, would like to see the black ring & 1 ring turquoise & gold with the feather in the middle so that it’s the focal point. I do Love the look. I love 💕 your experiments & love 💕 your ballon kisses🤓
This is a wondelfull idea!!!! Love them..... you told us your pyramid got ruind! Did you put up that video, i would Love to se how It turned out.... you are a tru inspiration❤️💚💙
They are really good love that idea, and the colours you chose are perfect👍🏻 You mentioned about your pyramid l lost my mould this week too it stuck to the resin and had to tear it to remove it😢 luckily I salvaged the pyramid (2.5lbs resin) think it was too hot in places Back to you your work is so inspiring and you get so excited, keep it up💕💕💕💕
At 4:50 I thought you said 10 cent tomatoes...I was thinking she doesn't even have red coloring... then it clicked... lol and i had to listen to it 3x. 😆
Julie, make an all centers mold!!! Just a big mold full of little circles to make coaster centers. Figure out the correct depth you need and you'll be in business.
Great find with the coasters! I found acacia wood charger plates at kmart the other day, $5 each...gonna do much the same! These are beautiful Julie xxx certainly did more mica, probably 2 times the amount.
Love these and a great idea. Those coasters aren't available online - boohoo. Love the colours you used and the feather finishes them off beautifully :)
BTW. The Dollar Tree had wooden coasters. Not sure of the size but if they are big enough and if they will ship around the world that would be $24 for a case of 24. Someone that loves your videos might ship them for you if you are interested 😉
She's creating crushed centres for coasters...to plop into the centre of coaster molds, to stop the colour from flooding over the clear glass centre. She'll peel them out when they're cured. For a different project.
Great video as always. I love your videos, cause you take so much time explaining everything. You are appreciated. I love that you talk to us like we are sitting in your garage watching live.

These would be awesome to do a beach theme in!
Wow! I am impressed with how beautiful they are! You'll have to try that again sometime.
Hello! Thank you for another tutorial. Maybe I will do resin after all.!
Those feather tattoos look amazing! Think it’s because they are thinner than the stickers.
I love feathers! And I love the colors. Beautiful.❤
Very pretty! I think they turned out fabulously!

Love these and a great idea. Those coasters aren't available online - boohoo. Love the colours you used and the feather finishes them off beautifully :)
39:14 scared the crop outta me! 😂 What on earth type of bird was that?
OMG! Headphones were cranked up and I about died!
It'd be a magpie, I think, lol.
AGDinCA I jumped a foot when that thing screamed. 😳

Gorgeous idea
These look amazing!!
I wonder if you put your coaster on a turntable and piped with one hand while turning with the other, it would be smoother?😊
BTW. The Dollar Tree had wooden coasters. Not sure of the size but if they are big enough and if they will ship around the world that would be $24 for a case of 24. Someone that loves your videos might ship them for you if you are interested 😉
I'm wondering what you did with all that chunky glitter that you put in the cups? That was confusing, unless I missed something you said lol
She's creating crushed centres for coasters...to plop into the centre of coaster molds, to stop the colour from flooding over the clear glass centre. She'll peel them out when they're cured. For a different project.
Already saw this tattoo feather on another video last week from another artist.
